I agree w/u chuck, but unfortunately, they only give the freebies up to 175.38 US (120 GBP). One of the things I have heard is that they are very reasonable to work with if you call them on the phone, ask for Rachel. You might want to try calling or sending them an e-mail to see if they would double the freebies based on the amount you are spending. It might be worth it though to split the order into 2. The 9 additional free seeds you would get would be more than enough to cover the additional 22 bucks needed for another stealth shipment.

He had 2 orders the seeds and the germination thing and both didnt arrive so it seems like someone at nirvana fucked up. Wrong address maybe.
I could see the seeds getting taken by some asshole mail guy but he should have atleast gotten the germination thing.

Also the letter seems to just be saying he will be charged with fraud not were gonna tell the cops you ordered seeds. So its not exactly being a snitch.

I still don't see why everyone talks up Nirvana and Attitude like it's the shit. They may be okay, but there are better places to get seeds from (better in many ways). Go to marijuanaseedbanks.com and look at those sites. They have them rated based upon feedback. It's legit.

Attitude especially gets a lot of attention on this forum (every other one about growing weed), so I would certainly stay away from them. But do what you like - it's always a gamble.

exactly when did you order and when did you retract the paypal cash?
did you give the "articles" enough time to get to you? i ordered mine (bcseeds.com) on a monday, 10 days before x-mas and they arrived 17 days later. most prob due to the holidays.

i gotta admit i was thinking of a getting a second order and it was between nirvana and attitude.
now, i'll rule out nirvana only cause i can't imagine someone "rattin" someone out over 5 F***ing seeds?
i doubt if it was their "last 5 seeds"? they gotta have "piles of seeds".

although, i have heard of seads showing up 5 weeks after order/etc.

I ordered first week of december, I waited til january 16th to dispute charges and paypal contacted them for tracking information which they didnt provide, so paypal refunded my account 2 days ago, today I got the email from them!!! Maybe the seeds didnt get through, who knows, If its the buyers risk , i understand that i owe but why would they ONLY want a bank transfer, anyways! With the muder rate in this city, i doubt theres a SEED taskforce!!

Paypal is what got you fucked. Paypal is the biggest fucking Scam ever. Don't use it. They are a private company that changes their terms and conditions CONSTANTLY so they actaully have more power then legit banks. DONT USE PAYPAL! They will Fuck you every chance they can get.

Last time I used paypal I had $1600 on hold for almost a year, I had to wait till the point where they were legally no longer allowed to hold the money and released it to me. My account is still on hold but they had to release the cash.


I didnt read all the thread, but if the company sent the seeds before you did the chargeback then you are responsible to pay for the seeds.


Read Nirvanas terms and conditions before using them again.

That funny, I just read this thread and was gonna say ,I have ordered twice from marijuana-seed.nl. and both times they came within 14 days(to Hawaii), packaged very discreet, and EVERY SINGLE ONE has germed,and grew great(male ratio wasn't that bad either). Then I saw your post jr and went to check it out. And what do you know, top of the list baby.Anyway, I highly recomend.


As far as Nirvana is concerned, I'm glad I read this post, because anyone who does business like that, should not be in business.
You don't need to threaten someone to solve the problem.Maybe e-mail, ask why payment was removed?

And ah Userfriendly, you don't seem very friendly. I appreciate the OP, for bringing this to my attention. It could save alot of people hardships in the future. So if your not gonna help stay out of it.

thanks, thats all i was trying to do is let you guys know what happend to me and get feedback on better sites, now I know, prepaid visa and not paypal, we live and learn, just hoping to save others the same hassle!!! will follow up with the solution, if they let me use prepaid visa or international money order, i will pay, if they insist on a bank transfer then i will take my chances on them snitching on me, bottom line is, possesion of 5 seeds in this country, no prosecutor would seat a jury for that trial!!!!!!

Dont give them any person info. I would first find out if the seeds were sent or not, and if they will send them if you pay. Once you establish a common ground I would offer a Western Union transfer or to mail a certified check/money order. Dont give them any bank info, you are in no way obliged to.

What authorities are gonna bust them? Nirvana is in Amsterdam where its totally legal to sell seeds. If your seeds got confiscated by customs then your still responsible to pay. IF they did their part and sent out the seeds then its not their fault.


Have you contacted them and asked for a tracking number or if your seeds have been shipped out???
