Thanks! I just put the trimmed and dried bud into 6 glass canning jars for curing, so we'll see the actual weight soon!

I dried them for 5 days about in that dryer box I made. Works great, I would gladly do it again! They alreay are nice to smoke, and it was a bit faster I bet too. I do plan on curing for about a week, at least, and then letting friends have a shot at it. Also, I made honey oil for the first time out of the trim, and BOY I really love that stuff! I have a nice method of using it too, which people at a party I just came from really liked. 1) make your honey oil using high grade trim. 2) Buy a pack of Bidi's (http://www.soex.com/tobaccobidi.html) of which I prefer regular. 3) Spread a line of honey oil from the buring tip to about 3/4 down from the buring tip. 4) Get high as futs!

So today while I was cleaning my place, I go to put a blanket away in the closet, and BAM there are 5 more stalks in there drying! Now I have 12 jars that are about 3/4 full! I forgot that the friend that was helping me harvest put them in there I guess....now I am quite happy lol probably at least another oz and a half!:eyesmoke:

So I got a 'final' wieght for my plants....the one WW was the biggest yeilder by far, though total dry weith was close to 7 oz. Not bad for a first time at hydro, and in a closet at that! The blue mystic is a wonderful smoke though, better than anything that I have had before. After curing for a bit over a week the true flavors and smells came out, and the BM is a very smooth and fruity taste that still gets you a strong, really euphoric high. The White widow's don't have too much flavor, but they have a bit of spice if anything and I would say they are about the strongest I have smoked. With a bud the size of my thumbnail three people were pretty high! A sucess in my book!

Haha yeah, it was 7 oz total, but still good for me I think. I will be doing a much larger operation for the next time, I think I will have about 24 plants instead of three! I will also be using aeroponics to avoid some of the problems that I ran into. Not exactly sure when this will be (most likely in about 2 months), but keep an eye out for it!

Did you do anything different with the lights during flowering? or just 12/12?

Just 12/12 for flowering. I did do something different towards the end, however. I heard that if you put them into complete darkness for the last 36-48 hours the plants will put out more resin because of the stress. I am not sure if they really did, but I do know that this made them show a bit more of their natural color, at least for the Blue Mystic.

I've been thinking about switching to this in the 3rd week of flower on my current grow...

I dunno...I am 90% sure that type of wierd lighting will make it hermie. I was messing around with a clone in the flowering cycle and it definitely made it hermie. But if you do try, let me know how it works out!

i read on white widow website that if you leave the lights off for 2 weeks or only have them on for 8 hours a day that they will pack on the resin never heard of it being tryed by any1 else tho. yer get a few more lights for next grow or if power is a problem get c02 or something:) why wait 2 months as soon as i harvest mine i stick on a new grow:)
