Have you rang the sales line yet, most places put more importance on sales than sales enquiries, you might get a better answer from the sales team.
I have surfed their website before, and a long while ago someone was asking me to get some sweet tooth no3 for them, but i would have had to order from nsb to get them and I didnt know enough about them, you cant seem to get enough information about them from anywhere so I turned down the order.

ive allready sent payment for 10 durban poison and not received confirmation yet! that was 10 days ago
