Mornin......

I do a mean cappi in the AM....a couple of 'em in fact. Bought a Breville a few years ago and have really enjoyed it. We have 5 lbs of beans shipped in every month from a place in Michigan. It's the one sugary thing I can't give up. Caffeine, dairy, sugar, chocolate...all on one neat liddle package. :D
But the Baileys/Kahlua/liquid heroin/jet fuel approach...well...I gotta pass. LOL. Danger Will Robinson, Danger. :fire::dunce:

You saw me where and I did what? Noink...noink...

Espresso typically has 63 mg of caffeine in 1 ounce (the amount in one shot), according to Department of Agriculture nutrition data. Regular coffee, by contrast, has 12 to 16 mg of caffeine in every ounce, on average.

Unless you drink espresso by the mugful, it's just not that big a dose. A 10 oz mug of regular roast (more caffeine than dark roast, yes it's true) could give you 160mg and some of you drink a whole pot at a time!
