herbal supplements are and can be quite dangerous, they interact with a ton of things not just medications theyre also not regulated at all meaning third party studies have significantly shown that someone will have double or triple the amount they claim because no ones regulating their shit.

people can get very sick from herbal supplements, just because its a plant doesnt mean its always beneficial
we don't go rubbing ourselves with poison ivy just because we think itll imrpove our skin...

Interesting... I don't take any myself, just an herbal tea everyday, but I had totally forgotten that herbal therapy industry is not regulated by the FDA. And they don't have any interest in herbs..... well, except for that one

Herbal tea would be just fine , but a lot of herbal supplements can cause kidney issues, theres a whole lot of research done on it, ill let you do the googling at your leisure. its lengthly
