The FDA would in charge of the medical side of things under reclassifying? that could lead to a lot of limitations when it comes to patient options [ forced potency caps on flower/edibles and among other things]. They could also go down the synthetic product route by prescription and forget about the natural plant all together.

That donation shit is what they did in Cally, trying to find loopholes. Cops will still be dicks and find a loophole to stop them... sad

Sounds like quite the mess out there. My niece tells me it's a real cluster going on. Looks like a couple more years at least before it will technically be legal to grow recreational.

It's one big mess, due to them trying to rush things forward. They haven't found / built out any locations for( Conditional Adult Use Retail holders), nor have they found a bank to hold that 200-million-dollar fund. Also heard most of the outdoor grown cannabis won't be good enough to sell as smokeable flower.

How Will NY's Cannabis Rules Impact MSO Market Share In The State? Analyst Shares Industry Update - Columbia Care (OTC:CCHWF), Acreage Holdings (OTC:ACRHF) - Benzinga

The MSOs in the state have got to be upset and ready to come out with the pitch forks. Do Ya'll think this rule will stand or will the huge corps find a way to buy themselves early access. This could also turn into some type of court battle.
