Lollipopping before flowering?

I would lower your expectations. But if it makes it to the end I'll be impressed even though it's not gonna be as big as you're thinking. And next time I'd suggest to use soil if you want to do water only, and top dress.

3.5 weeks from seed, first day in flower 12/12 (there 6" high, 6" wide) 29ltr pots.
10 days in flower


I will join this grow if you would like, mine has 8 weeks in flower too, have to move, in February
will be week 4 on Tuesday.

Looks good. But that's not coco with organics is it? I'm assuming you're using salts.

you keep them healthy, pull the shoots down, if you have a short flowering Indica strain, you will pull this off easy

Ok the original question has not really been addressed, or I missed it. If your going to get 16 huge colas off those 2 plants you need lollipop them soon. I think your way off, so you might as well do a complete defoliation and bring in 3Lbs

Used dry organic dry plant food like chicken manure, seaweed meal, bone meal, etc

I really hope so! It’s green crack punch, I checked all the grow diary’s and they all have 8-9 weeks of flower, in day 2 of flowering I already found some pistils. A good sign !

The plants can grow 3-4 times the size in flower, you can go from 6" to 3ft with the right plant.
you should lollipop 3 weeks in flower, not the last week in veg

No, not really. Haha, most folks here think my plants are not capable to give any harvest at all now that I have flipped them.

The plants can grow 3-4 times the size in flower, you can go from 6" to 3ft with the right plant.

You are correct they can, depending on strain, grow 4 times in flower. His plants are 4” at best, so best case he gets 16” colas, not huge in my book. I’m just watching for the entertainment and don’t really care, but there’s no way those tiny plant have huge colas in the time allotted.

He can still pull a half-decent crop in that time frame, cola size is down to the strain/phoneo

Oh don’t get me wrong, you will get a harvest, I just think it might be less than you hope, and will not be ready to harvest in the time frame you’d like.
