After Rittenhouse pointed his gun triggering shit. You can't threaten deadly force and then cry 'backs-ies' when crazy people react.

I've seen the video, I don't see a rifle being raised. It isn't what you'd call a smoking gun. If that was my only way to thread the needle of provocation I would know the case was lost. In a comical fashion, the prosecution's misconduct in handling that piece of evidence is likely going to be a foundational reason for a mistrial being declared, assuming the jury hangs.
