1lb ground beef, I used 73%
1tbsp chili powder
3/4 tsp Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
(last 2ingredients need to be doubled imo)
1/2 tsp salt

Fry meat and drain excess fat. Add dry spices and mix well. Assemble onto uncooked corn tortillas. I used Stater Bros “queso quesadilla” and was too stingy. More cheese!

that actually looks good man.....very nice

we made tostadas last night.....same principle but we fried the tortillas....and then put the fixens on them....oxaca cheese is the bomb
