Variation on the "when can I sample?" question....But a smart one this time...

Shit....might be over-feeding....I had a LED blue light from my dehumidifier on for a night and a half b4 i realized it....it was faint...i covered it...could that have caused it? I've been also feeding a pretty unbalanced diet....because ffof has nutes in it....maybe i shouldn't be feeding at all? WHat do y9ou recommend?

I don't touch them but could it be from having the air on all the time? it'a medium breeze can i show short video's on here? I would appriciate some help...because i thought they were browning a little fast myself...
i think I caused all the hairs on one of my autos to prematurely redden from over fanning, as well. Also defol.ed the crap out of her, and high temps during day. Saw yesterday what seemed to be early onset botrytis so cut the bad branches and may just take the rest today and hash it. I did just get my bubble bag set yesterday. Of course I’m going to cure a little just to try the smoke. Will let you know how it is if you want, haha.
Oh well, the other one is still on track, and I have my photos plugging away. Just not going to get the “quick” harvest before my main one.
Here’s my shame, and I’ll say it before one of you chuckleheads does-
“‘Bout a pound!”

If it’s happening to all of them that leads me to believe even more that pollen is present.
No it's definately strain related...It's only the GSC the Sour d or Blue Drema nada20210408_102002.jpg
then the GSC20210408_102039.jpg

I think unless there's hermies..that pollinated within 3 weeks that's almost impossible.....but i mean nothing is impossible but improbable....I haven't seen any nutz on my ladies....they would have had to formed opened and sprea all in less then 3 weeks is that possible?

I think it's over fanning because its right in the lane...but it's either over fan...over over humidity....which is worse?

You’re the master on his first grow

good luck
What's up with you why are you so negative....? I'm trying to engage you in a positive way...but man....I didn't say I was a master...I freaking asked specifically for YOUR help thinking we could move past the silly'ness because you clearly are a decent grower by your journals...man if only people could be as cool as their weed pics this world would be awesome...

The plants with the pistils turning already have 0 signs of being over fed or stressed by lights. THATS why I stated I’d be checking for hermies. I’ve grown enough plants to see when pollen is present, and that’s MY assumption.

once again, best of luck.

I'm cool but yea clearly i'm not a master...I'm trying to figure this shit out...through a bevy of conflicting information...literally every step of the way there's a conflicted method of what to do and how to do it...so I thought I'd start a thread and collect information from people like you and how things are going. Yes I clearly made decision that you might not agree with, but everything i've done I can supply you with supporting information about why I thought what I did was correct or incorrect...but I certainly don't profess to be a guru...just someone who applies my life in tech into my world of growing...I felt like shorter and wider would benefit my little space then taller and thinner with a bunch of chopped under growth...so I trained my plants accordingly...now I would honestly like your thoughts about why my GSC pistols are browning early...i'd gladly take your opinionl...heck after you told me what you think it was...i told you how i had been feeding my plants...do you think maybe I should try a flush or two? I'm having no other signs of over feeding....at least from what I can tell..

checking right now...i'd see signs of pollen sacs where the leaves intercet with the stem right like where there were the first signs of sex?

A nanner is the size of the tip of a toothpick, can be buried in a bud. I just found one 2 days ago on one of my rozays. I seen brown pistils, spread the bud apart and low and behold a nanner.

You came on this site talking and acting like you’ve got it all figured out 2 months into your first grow. I suggest you sit back read and learn. Just my 2 cents

I thought I presented everything I've said as questions...either way...I see nothing out of the ordinary.....just tons of white hairs and flowers.... I mean I don't know how much of an expert I can claim to be...it's right in my signature...checkout my FIRST GROW....Epic Fail....but shit if you can't be honest and say I bounced back wit my grow...saved my grow even ..and managed to have every clone survive so the next run isn't so mistake-laden...
well it would make sense....

Refer back to your post #62. You previously asked if it could be strain related. You were told no. Then you came back and said "No it's definately strain related..." That's definitely not formed in the structure of a question.

Nanners are tiny compared to the overall size of the plant. They can be easy to miss and require a thorough inspection to find sometimes. It also helps if you know what they look like. Just because you didn't see anything out of the ordinary doesn't mean they aren't there.

Everyone was a newb at some point. I still am cause I keep trying new things.
Keep up and roll with it. Hope you are fortunate to have the ability to do so.
Good info here and way better than some of the “magazine-type” fluff I’ve read.
I’d rather learn from people who are actually doing it, in whatever capacity, than ad-monied sites just requoting science articles. I appreciate the science articles and references, and that’s all here, too, but it feels like more “field-science” than lab science.
Anecdotal evidence helps reflect the many, many, variables in growing. You learn better by hearing what works in for people various situations as you can maybe patch together the data of variable equivalents in your own grow.
Smoke Sati to start your day and Indi to tuck you in, haha.

Here’s how small they can be. This one looked like it was sticking its tongue out at me.

Cookie strains are prone to herm did your friend tell you that? :bigjoint:
I'm gonna follow your advice....

But Yeah I have been kinda maxing out on the PPM bloom...just bloom...that feels most likely to me judging by my own past behaviors...
I ordered my strains from a reputable breeder...strain-bank...I spend a good deal of time looking at my plants...There's no way they got pollenated this early that's silly.... not saying it can't happen...just saying that's a lot to happen this early on...
I'm going to lower the PPM...flush the next two feedings....and pull a gram per watt out this bitch!
