i was gunna go with foxfarm. im gunna still use my closet setup, i wanna use the aerogarden for experimenting and that quick ass Veg at aleast. I wanna flower out of it too like u are. and ill be going with the aerogarden deluxe

IMO as soon as those pistils go from that orange to a redish brownish color then ur ready. ur pistils tell the tale IMO and thats the easiest way ive found to tell when ur girls are ready

not true at all, its the TRICHOMES that tell when its ready. Search on the faq. Clear/milky = heady/energetic high half milky half amber = mix amber = couchlock high

the trichomes are the daffintive way if u have the magnify glass and the know how to know what ur looking at. the old skool method is pistil color bud and look it up if u dont belive me ive been growing for quite a while and have used the pistil color method with no problems

I just told him what to look for, and im sure if he PREFERS a certain type of high he will use the trich method. hairs tell barley anything because my plant is only about 20 some days into flowering and a few hairs are turning red.

u didnt even read what i posted clearly

ur pistils change colors they go from a white
then to a orange
then to a redish then brownish color which is the final stage of the plant and is when u should start flushing the plants of nuts. as i said its a good method for newbies and people who haven't looked at trichomes under a magnify glass before..... AND AS I SAID ABOVE looking at trichomes is the definitive way

yes, but now-a-days, not old school, people like to control their plant and get exactly what they want, and his plant is looking really good. Yes, the go from orange, to red, and brown... but you can never be sure, thats how mid commercial weed is. Not anything special. you can get a mini handheld microscope thing from radioshack for 10-15$

No idea. I don't need much and this was basically an experiment for me. Something to learn on. If I get an OZ I'll be happy. Next time I think I want to go HPS and maybe bubbleponics setup. Like I said though, I don't need much so the AG might be perfect.

I like an "up" buzz so I'll probably harvest earlier than you would for a stoned buzz. I appreciate all the feedback and I hope that everyone stays with my grow thread. It's not something to get upset about guys. I don't think there's a perfect way to do anything, so both methods have their merits.

Cool man,i will be sure to keep following this journal. So You Can grow more in a bubble-ponics system ? Even if you get a bit less, these systems are so easily transported & less hassle. Even to start clones etc these things are great i think.

Prob the sickest mircro grow ive seen in an AG but your doing amzingg
Can we get a full shot length from about 4 feet away?
And also i love your set up and how you can just leave it out like that
How do you deal with that smell?
