Yeah some people do, it's not needed though. There's no negative effects from high CO2 levels at night, so if you exhaust you are just going to have to replenish it when lights come on. I like to let my CO2 build up at night ;) my tank doesn't even squirt til a few hours after lights on. If I exhausted at night I would go through tanks 25-30% faster, and I can better control the environment with the room sealed.
That’s debatable. You do you but plants need less co2 and more oxygen of a night so exhausting a room after lights out to remove excess co2 isn’t uncommon.

I know it's not uncommon, but it's not necessary. You don't NEED an exhaust.

They don't 'need' less CO2 at night, they just don't use it, and expel CO2 at night. There is no negative affects from having high CO2 levels during lights off.

If there was no oxygen in the room then that's a different story, but I don't know if that's possible in a sealed room unless you are using propane burners.

You mean for turning feminized seed? Don't waste you time. Just get colloidal silver. Couple of hits and done

Sts works better. Collodial silver takes weekly sprays from flip till flowers form. Silver Thiosulfate Solution (sts) only requires 1 spray at flip.

just get ya self some Silver Thiosulfate Solution. Pretty easy to make if you get some silver nitrate. Do a google. Plenty of instructions out there for sts.
