You can have a BBQ,funny enough I will eat it ,one of the only times I eat meat mmmmmm bbq, there’s no good bbq places here in San Francisco anymore
Use to be a place called brother in laws when I came here in 98 could smell it cooking all over the neighborhood first time I ever had it
Being the one-ups-man I am. I'll try after oyster sauce and miso garlic, green onion marinade. Slow smoked and then into cast dutch oven with the drippings from catch pan and veg mix. I am hardwood offset smoke from start. I bake in smoke. View attachment 4825873View attachment 4825874View attachment 4825875View attachment 4825876

Oh, yea? Look what I'm making today.
Did Kowalski beef frankfurters tonight indoors. 2tsps butter, 1tbsp oil, 1tsp soy sauce, 1/2tsp wash your sister sauce, and a cup of finely sliced onions. Brown over medium heat. Add dogs and 1tsp sugar 1tsp vinegar or lemon juice and a cup of water. Turn heato high until almost completely reduced. Best dirty water dog I ever had.

You can simply and easily bbq or smoke on a small homemade rig. Just park a lawn chair behind the building and have at it. Only a warning if no real hazard of fire.

Buffalo and Beefalo, that's always been a favorite of mine in the cattle dept.
Any of the deer family for roasts with red wine sauce or mushroom base. Beef for most other roast flavorings.
Grouse for Cordon Bleu, its like Kobe for poultry.

I don’t eat meat or pork lol my wife does she eat the lamb of god lol
I've never heard a penis referred to as that before!

The best knives I've ever used were Forschners. They were all the Coroner's offices around here used. Ultra sharp, easy to sharpen, cheap and replaceable as necessary. My 7.5" Forschner chef is my favorite knife as is their paring. I need a new paring (I was misusing mine and bent the tip, peyronies).
