Ok so this is for all the awesome Aussies to keep each other up to date over summer =]

Im sure tons of you will have grow journals and seperate threads, but this is a good place to share advice, pics and let us know how your outdoor grow is going...

Im sure some of you are well on your way by now so lets see them aussies =]
This will be a good thread to show off just how good australia is for growing pot !!

I have 40 seedlings on their way, nothing too interesting there getting them ready for my outdoor grow spot...
And we have one good plant that survived our kangaroo attacks haha, so ill get a pic of him tommoro for you guys!

So who is going big this year?
40 plants from seed (dont know the sex) is about my limit, i aimed for 49 because its an indictable limit or something

Anyways my pics are on the way, hows everyone else doing
lets see which state produces some monsters

Ok well here are my plants so far
theres one which is maybe 7 - 8 weeks old
some of the inside leaves are a bit yellow
but its a bushy one and the dog likes it =]

The other pic is my seedlings about 10 days old
which are getting ready to find a good outdoor spot and become monsters

hey im steph and im a proud aussie chick from melbourne vic. my 2 plants are already 2months old. i cant wait coz its my first ever grow. i will probably have alot of questions to ask and hopefully you guys wanna answer them?

Hey hey fellow Australians,

im starting a little late this year only just germinating 13 seeds i found in my draw

from previous smokes.

but im definatley keen to see the little seedlings grow into something of value to me.

ive attempted growing before, indoors, it lasted about a month untill i got busted by my

younger brother and sister.

so this time round ive learnt my lesson and im going out door styles.

ill keep you guys posted and get some photos cranking.

by the way has anyone actually purchased seeds over the net, if so was the provider reliable? and which website was it from? + how did the plants end up?

how were the plants going?
I have ordered off dutchseeds before and got them no problems
they grew into pretty big plants before i got busted by family members also
haha its no good

but yeah this year should hopefully be good for us all
cant wait to see how you all do

Hey guys, this is my first baby ever.
She is about 12 weeks old.
Has been tipped 3 times in 3 different places.
would Love some advice on keeping away bugs ect.. when she buds.

hey yeah i have some pics in my computer i can show u. hey iv always wanted to buy off a seed bank but i always thought id get caught. has anybody been caught for doing it that you guys no? it would be good to no that good quality seeds are that easy to get?

here is my plant at nearly 8 weeks old. it has only been tipped 1 time about 1 week ago. i have a smaller plant but that isnt worth showing. it has stuggled a bit and will probably turn male. hey im just using miracle grow water soluble (the blue stuff ya get from bunnings). it seems to really boost both plants so should i keep using it if i seems to be ok? iv heard its bad for plants. this is my first grow.

i have had no trouble getting seeds from seed banks....

highgrade seeds...good seeds ,good prices but very slow postage.(but they always arrive)
attitude seeds... good prices ,good seeds,fast postage( i will update when the last 2 orders arrive)

well see how this goes ay any tips on how to influence the sex i heard banana skins are good cause of the ether. This will stay in pot for another couple of weeks then guerrilla grow in bush.
1st grow all i can do is hope

bensencox - i have read that higher nitrogen in the soil early, lower temperatures, more space for the tap root to grow are all good ways of increasing the chances of getting a female ... but who knows if they are proven really...
cloning is the only way to do it properly , but i tried those things anyway haha just to see how it goes =D

i have heard bad things about miracle grow also, use the search toolbar up there to see what people have said..
but sure doesnt seem to be effecting your plant badly!

What is Australia's stance on marijuana? I figure with all the open land out there enforcing it isnt at the top of their priorities?

you'd be wrong....helicopters with thermal sensors cruise past all the time and most of that 'open land' is barren and you couldn't grow any form of weed as the soil is shithouse, speaking of which anyone know how many plants close together u can have before they show up to the choppers? and how close together they can be?
