mate u need to get those lights SO much closer. like a couple of inches away from the plants
exactly, read the cfl forums it will really help. you've got the wrong lights for flowering(not to say that they wont with the ones you have but cool light isn't ideal) but you need more watts in that room if you are going to use cfls. stop being cheap and spend 500 for a 400 watt MH. i've been using one for vegging even though they're meant for flowering

you need yellow light spectrum

The only logical explanation is that those plants you entered a month ago still thinks it is in its vegetative state. I would recommend going through your layout to determine if there are any leaks of light.

If you have all CFL get them within 4 inches of your girls and continue with your 12/12 cycle. The extra light should give them enough energy to produce buds and hopefully your 24 hr darkness cycle will get them to shift into flowering. You should know in about a week if they're going to shift.

holy smokes where you buying your HIDs an MH is not $500 where i'm from. hope ur talkin another currency.

htgsupply has hps systems for under $200.

and MH is ment for veg and HPS is ment for flower.

your right hps is meant for flowering, i'm using both mh and hps in my GR. in newyork 400 watt mh are close to 450-500 with tax

It's not the spectrum of the lights as it is the lack of lights. Your plants aren't flowering because you need a lot more light. A couple tube lights will not cut it as you can see, get a HPS if you want to see some nugs. And for the time being put the light right on top of the plants, within an inch or so from the plants.
And guys it is not light leaks! A bit of light doesn't completey stop the flowering process, it might slow it down a bit but not stop it.

i am totally shocked by how much you guys are talkin bout paying for lights the most ive ever paid for a 200w envirolite is 28 pounds wouldnt use mh or sodium too much heat (waste of money )yes plants grow under them but the heat means you have to keep them away from the plants with decent cfls you can keep the lights real close 2 inches or so every time you double the distance between light and plant you quarter the light the plant recieves

your right, because it's not pitch black outside. and he needs more light if he wants to see any nug

and i added reflective panels to the GR

You need more lights, red spectrum, 2700K, also, how old were the plants when you put them in 12/12?

Plants need to be sexually mature before they can flower.

Have you been checking them for balls?

*update*

Ok so its been 8 days since i posted and changed the lights and added new lights and made the room light proof, and they do look like they are starting to change now. woohoo!!

here are some pictures, thanks again fro everyones help

Lookin good dude. It looks in your pic like your lights are far from your plant. You might want to get some in down the middle just above the bottom fans and get them in like 3-4 inches away depending on the bulb. You will get bigger nugs around the bottom and middle... light and intensity near bud sight equals delicious big fat buds. :weed::weed::weed:

your still not listening to anyone, i've got 1250 watts in that room, and 3 150w cfls on plants less than a foot which is 3/4ths of what u have on grown plants u need lights next to them too and u have the space for it

are they from seed? some strais take longer than others to become sexually mature, some upto about 7-8 weeks. if not that then definitely light leaks

ok ok ok, i added 8 more 100 watt, i know thats not the best, but i'm trying!! hehe

1 question, that picture i posted of it buding picture number 248 is that a male? with the bud sacks? or am i just a tard.
