A New Year is here, thank fecking God :)

1st off I want to thank all my friends here on RIU that in an actual reality setting helped me to cope & deal with the trauma of existing/surviving in the Age of Trump/COVID-19 this last year
You know who you are I think & your appreciated/loved.
Anyways, I've been up for for around 36 hours now straight (off my meds/manic mode :) ) drinking/smoking, contemplating Life/Existence & the future of Humankind.
Not a fucking rosey picture in my head indeed.
But, in reality I'm actually the glass is half full. not half empty kind of guy, if that is comprehensible/believable to those that observe me & my comments.
So, looking ahead into 2021 am I optimistic?
Yea, I am
We have a vaccine & Trump is fucking gone :)
Life could absolutely be better, it always could be, but hey, we've made it this far right?
So, all is good.
We'll survive/make it.
Of that I'm sure
I'm a believer

I know Trump's cult may like to imagine Trump in a lab coat mixing chemicals to find out how to cure this virus, but he didn't actually have anything to do with the science.

Thanks to the medical world that developed it I am not worried about it.

Sadly we are now seeing that Trump has half assed the actual vaccines making it into the people that need it. Which sucks. The 21st can't get here soon enough. It will be nice to not have to deal with a ego like Trump in the White House stopping anyone from being able to get their work done.

And all it takes is one simple mutation and the vaccine is worthless..... might seem kinda crazy but i think things are only getting started. 2020 was just the bumpy start of the roller coaster, we have yet to drop off the big hill.
