SOG and you can put those lights within effective range while maximizing surface coverage/ yield. Read Ed Rosenthalls Guide to bigger buds. Educate from there. Best advice I know of.

So how much more light do you think i should add to the tent i have a kinda okay light it says its 5000 watt led but its only red and next to that king led you cant really even tell its on and on the king led website it says that light is more than enough for a 4x4 tent i have no problem adding light just need a ideal how much
And everything i have read and looked at has said the 1500 watt king plus is more than enough it actually says the 1000 is recommended thats why i bought the 1500

I'm brutally honest. Have to live with it. Poor and hate wasting anything. I have a blurple 96watt actual 600w claimed. Anazing veg growth. My other dozen or so between 1500 and 4000 went to recycling. Would not give to people. MH for HID with HP for flower. LED in the 35-3700K range and use the blurps for IR if they actually have it in proper ranges.

King can say anything they want. They'd say the moon was made out of cheese if they thought it would sell more lights. You can't believe the claims many LED companies make and online reviews these days mean nothing. Are your friends growing in a 4 x 4 with just 1 of those lights and if so what are their harvests like?

You need more light. It's that simple. There may be other things you could do better but without knowing what you did nobody can say to do this, that or another thing.

There are a lot of articles just like this one
Well that KingPlus states that it fine for low light plants like lettuce and herbs. That says something right there.

Pay the money and get some decent LED's and use the one you have for a veg light. I don't grow with LED's so I'm not someone to recommend what to get as far as LED's are concerned. I run a 600 watt HID in a 4 x 4 tent. I do know that if you go with LED you'd be better off spending the money to get some decent equipment. I wouldn't buy another King light.

I grew this with this. Cheapest bang for your buck I know of. 1 per 2'x2'. Full on after 2 weeks flower. Good luck finding them. I gave mine away so to speak. Sorry. 005.jpg010.jpg001.jpg

Sadly in the LED light world , advertisers are ALLOWED to say whatever they want . If they advertise 1200 watts , when it’s really only actually 213 watts . According to google for a 4x4x8 you need about 35 at the wall watts per square foot. . Not advertised watts . Hlg is awesome or so I see ALOT of people rant and rave about their lights . Spider farmer is another one that seems to be making a buzz . Marshydro , while it’s frowned upon , it’s got mixed reviews . Than you could build one if you are feeling froggy . And don’t forget cob lights too . Happy growing !

Taller narrow pots will generally give you tall narrow plants. I have these 5x5 11 inch deep pots and they give me tall skinny plants every time

Growig method, LST, TOP, CROP, and on determines your plant structure. Pot determines your current builds limits. Not plant limits. Peace.

Replace the remote or receiver. 15 minutes for an electrician. Half a joint or so for the rest. LOL. No replacement for that price tag?
their customer service is difficult and the place i got it from isn’t super helpful lol the remote controls intensity as well as timer but remote not working poops it
