Update. I’ve been waiting since last Monday, when my payment arrived, for my items to be shipped. Last Tuesday I got a notification that my payment had been received. Cool. Then Saturday I get an email saying my order has been processed and ready for shipping (I assumed it would go out on Monday (today). Then today, a full week after my money had been delivered they email me saying they cannot ship due to inventory issues? Like what? I’ve been waiting in anticipation and you hit me with this?

At least they are honest about it...They could just throw any ol' beans in a package and mail it, like oh so many places do!!

I mean it does suck when you have been waiting for something and this happens, but I would take it as a sign from the grow Gods and order something even better!! And hopefully BD will make it up to you!

I just had the same issue with the Choc D . I feel your disappointment, particularly with your first order. It's the first I've heard of anybody having this problem... it's not typical. You just happened to pick the exact wrong strain out of a thousand other options where a rare mistake happened. Pretty crappy luck... sorry. I wouldn't give up on GLG but I don't blame you for being grumpy. They'll likely give you a little something as an apology.

I hope it's ok to mention this ... when I asked, Dragboat said he wasn't sure if the s1s will be remade any time soon. He DID say Chocolate Diesel f3s are expected soon.

I think you'll find that replying to the email you received and working it out directly will work out better in your favor than posting about it in a forum.

Work with @Bad Dawg via email and/or phone. He's a good dude and will do what he can to make things right if you work with him.

It's your right to post negative experiences, but it might have been better to give them a chance to make things right with you first... I think they just discovered the problem this weekend. That's just my opinion. But you've got reason to be bummed... it's your call.

You're definitely not the first to come here and complain without letting things play out and giving GLG a chance to work with you. And if this little problem is enough to ruin your whole day, I very much envy how simple and perfect your life is.

Inventory issues happen and it sounds like at least a couple people got stung on the same pack you did. Does it suck? Sure. But I don't expect people to come back and tell how GLG bends over backwards to work with them to find an acceptable replacement/throws in additional freebies to make things right...most complainers don't return with that type of update.

I got stung on an out of stock Useful freebie back in October. GLG made it right by swapping in a different freebie with genetics equal to or better than the freebie I missed out on. C'est la vie. :blsmoke:

I just wanted my seeds. I don’t need any handouts or freebies. I will return with an update once that occurs. Again, just sharing my experience...

If the only thing that's going to satisfy you is getting the useful chocolate diesel seeds that aren't in stock and aren't currently available...I guess you're going to remain disappointed. Can't wait to see how this one unfolds. Imma go pop some popcorn.

First off I want to apologize to the people that have out standing orders. Two weeks ago our well at our grow house started acting up. It finial quit and we had been hauling water from 1 house to another. And We had to carry the water up a 15 foot flight of stairs,and try and keep 72 large plants happy. This is the next batch of Bad Dawg freebies. I realize this is not anyone's problem here. But to me it was a major problem. So I did get behind on orders and am filling them as fast as possible. And I have tried to answer all emails. But people do not read them and just send another.

Please understand,as I have explained before. I personally fill every order. I am however building a new seed room ,that will allow Hound Dawg Deb,to prepackage the orders and then I will double ck them as they go into the bag.

And also bear in mind I had a Usefull drop, a Mass medical drop, a Twenty20 drop that all sold out,and we have a Bodhi BOGO free. That makes for alot of orders.

Please understand that all these drops happened at the same time the well quit. If I could have postponed them I would have.


And On the Useful Chocolate Diesel S1. There was NO Chocolate Diesel S1. They were listed by mistake and I just found out about them yesterday and sent a message to all effected order's.
We made a mistake and as soon as we figured it out we contacted them. They did not have to ask us. That is called being pro active. And trying to make the customer happy. This all went down in Monday Morning and several hours later it is blasted all over here before anyone gives me even a day to figure out how to handle things. That is very unfair.

In the mean time yesterday I asked @Useful if there was any thing he had available,that I could get to replace it.

He does not Have any Choclate D s'1,but he will have Choclate diesel F3's available soon. So anyone that paid for a pack of CD and switched it for another pack ,will get a coupon for a free pack of Chocolate D F3 with there order. When the Chocolate diesel arrives you can send me a email with a pic of the coupon and we will send you out a free pack of the CD F3. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO USEFUL for his help. :clap: :clap: :clap:

Once again sorry for our mistake, and I will not be addressing this any more at this time. I will be doing orders none stop until I am caught up Thanks BD.

I need to clear a few things up here. If you are going to come in to my thread and make a statement about me at least list the facts correctly.

You made a order on the 24th of January. We did not receive your payment until.
Order #32517 details
Payment via Cash or Blank Money Order. Paid on February 4, 2020 @ 4:04 pm. That is Tuesday at the end of the Day. That is 10 plus days later.

And you sent me a message.
I am on a time schedule and it has been more than 3 business days since you received my payment and i still have not received a status update to my tracking number.

If time was that important why did you wait 10 days to get it to me and then be up set because I had it 3 days?

The only reason I am addressing this here is because you have sent me several messages here,several messages at GLG ,you have sent me a Dm here and I beleave you sent one on IG. All in a 24 hour period.

If you send a message and it has been a couple of days please send another one. But please do not send 5 in one day. All it does is create confusion. Thanks BD

Love your company, Bad Dawg. I have NO problems with one rare, innocent mistake... shit happens. Best of luck with your water issues... I feel your pain of having to lug water around. It's a hassle enough for a few plants... 72 plants is a nightmare. Keep up the good work and don't let the sourpusses bring you down. There's always someone who can't keep things in perspective.

I can understand the anxiety when waiting on seeds and the instant gratification that everyone is so accustomed to these days, especially when you have cash out. Growing cannabis might not be the thing for you if you're in such a hurry. Great Lakes genetics is an awesome place to do business with, mistakes happen and if things aren't available, they just aren't available. I'm sure dragboat will make it right one way or another. Sorry to hear about the well man I have a buddy who has to haul water from one location to another, I know it's a pain in the ass. Don't worry, if you lose this guy's business.( although I'm sure you wont once everything is cleared up) Everybody I know who who grows I tell them about your seed bank. I'm in Michigan and still hear people talking about ordering over seas, I know I've converted a few of them to your site. I hate long rambling posts. So I'm going to stop now. But I just feel the need to get in here and defend Great Lakes genetics.
