Wont get locked up if it's Decriminalised. Love to see it Federally decriminalised here. Has been decriminalised in one or two territories here (ACT and SA) but that was in the 80s from memory. ACT will be legal for possession and small grows this January. Watch the arrests rise as people go over the limit and are caught.
Got to do some bad stuff to be locked up these days. I know thats different in America from your prison % stats.

Not many here would go to gaol for a MJ offence. Ive never met anyone who has- know a couple who did a few months for dealing in powders.

We have had this convo before and i think our different of opinion is due to how Prisons are used and operated in America to here.

I can be found to be in possession of an ounce and get a verbal warning. Can have 3 verbal warnings in a 10 year period before it becomes a court date (just a magistrates court) where i would get maybe a small fine and perhaps if im unlucky a 3 month good behaviour bond. In the ACT they have enacted some "legal" rules around their decriminalisation as of Jan this year and its a confusing mishmash.

if one gets caught up in selling you go to the pokey,but i can have up to 99 plants in veg and all the pounds I want no problem.Its different in each state i live in a very liberal state.

I hear ya but decrim or legal rec does not allow sales to just anyone.but ya if you can grow couple dozen an sell some without a trip to the pokey there i agree why make it legal.

A decent size deal goes bust and u could be screwed
