Do you check bud trichomes or leaf trichomes

I really dont think mj is that fussy, many a company just offer the same npk start to finish.

Use to be we loved bloom boosters and high pk but too many just got the same results from basic a + b and they lost a lot of favour.

I just use one bottle start to finish thesedays but soil feeds the majority of the grow so its not like im really adding much except the last half of flower maybe :-)
I just thought of something. Is it possible I’m giving too much light? I’m using those cheap Chinese viparspectra lights. They say 600 watts but I know that’s not true. I’m using two of them and rotating the plant. I added the second light about 15 days ago. See picture. Sorry about the color but I didn’t want to turn them off. They are about 15” above the highest part of the plant. Just a thought. I’m sure that’s not the only culprit but it may be exacerbating my other issues.

Plants cant help to absorb light, adding extra to a struggling plant can worsen the situation.

Doing more grows is the best way to learn, youd be suprised but setting up a tent and getting it perfect is pretty hard at first :-)

I’ve found the easiest part of growing is enjoying the fruits of my labor! I’m done with autos after this one. I Would like to grow 3 photo plants next time since I’m using the same amount of electricity and have the space. Do you think that is a foolish endeavor? Should I just stick to growing one at a time until I became proficient?

So I would like to add a bit of input as far as the yellowing of leaves.
I agree with kingrow that a healthy plant will stay green til the end. However enviroment can cause yellowing even if you are doing everything right.
For instance, when growing outdoors...the moment It gets cold and wet in my area leaves turn yellow (some yrs faster then others). On the yrs we get a lot of rain with low temps, there is not much I can do to stop fading from happening. The reasons I believe is that in soggy cold soil, the microbes do not thrive. This will cause the plant to suffer a bit losing the uptake of minerals and nutes causing chlorosis. Yrs that we have warmer dryer falls it's not really an issue but it's kind of rare that warm falls happen in this area.

Indoors where enviroment can be 100% controlled there is not really an excuse.

Three plants be fine in there - also gives you time to consider light and stuff.

I run my autos like my photos and see zero difference - with a month veg they are no different to photos so your cool :-)

They are swelling internally right now. Each individual bract(calyx) will start to swell up and look fat over the next 2 weeks. The plant is still adding lots of weight, and density right now.

Did you see the new trichomes pictures. Doesn’t it look like half clear and half amber? I will post pictures in another 3 days. Just tell me when and I’ll chop!

I have general anxiety disorder (it’s embarrassing but it’s the truth) and it seems I’ve always gravitated towards Indica dominant strains. This hybrid is 60% Indica and 40% Sativa (not including ruderalis percentage.) If that’s what another week will get me I will wait.

Its really up to you. just slow dry it. (no fans or additional heat) , and cure in jars what you dont need to smoke straight away.

I take Mirtazapine 30mg at night with 50 mg sertraline, it really helps a lot, its changed my world for the better.
its hard adapting to it the first 3 weeks with side effects but its helped me a lot. all side effects do go away after a while, try stick with it for 6 months you will feel great.
general anxiety disorder is nothing to be ashamed of.

@RangiSTaxi Thanks for the reassurance. I’ve been on medication for about 15 years. I take sertaline, lamictal, seroquel and diazepam daily. It helped immensely but I’m at a spot where I am tapering off the medications right now. Weed has been very helpful in my slow taper of a large long term daily dose of Valium. Therapy worked far better than the medication alone. I should’ve listened and went many years ago. Anyway, I’m in a good spot now and hope to be off all my meds as soon as possible with my doctor’s help. I have plenty of good bud on hand so no need to hurry and smoke this plant. I would like to try a little if it’s possible just to gauge the strength, but if not I can wait. I’ll start a new grow in December.

Im glad things are working out better for you now, Be careful of those Benzos, i.e Diazepam and Valium, they are nasty. I alternate between Mirtazapine and Seroquel, every few months , 2 month mirtazapine , 2 months seroqual, both are great in very small doses for sleep.

Take care and if you ever need to chat you can PM me.
