well if they continue to harass me i dont have many other options and i have a claim to counter sew because i deleted the review and did what was asked from me so if they continue to harass with out any just reason then i have a case

i was sent a registered letter from a lawyer with a deed of undertaking what said i must delete the review and not write any review in the future. i did not sigh the deed or undertaking but i did message saying i agree to remove the reviews.

it was 1 review i will see what happens tomorrow because i will be contacting my own lawyer about it as now i believe they are requesting i pay for the time it took for the layer to send the deed of undertaking and the cease and desist letters... i say fuck that im not paying that shit and i have not signed any documents but i did verbally agree what i dont think is creditable

If what you said in your review is factually correct they have no leg to stand on.
The onus is on them to prove it isn't

I'd also warn them that you will publish their attempt at silencing you in the press. You know how the world reacts to shit like this these days. It can close a business down now

Just so your aware a Verbal contract is a thing. It is legally enforceable just like a Promise is but not really done anymore..- I'm not a Lawyer- see my small print in my sig

not exactly. kind of excited to be honest and entertained at how childish the company is. they can try get as much $$ out of me as they like but its going to be like getting blood out of a stone.
