What is this deficiency on my seedling

Nope.. It is stretching... Needs more light. The "true" leaves look fine.
The first leaves ARE dropping.
If they fall off.. the world will end!!! Just kidding... If the first leaves dry up and fall off Jesus will send you to hell. Just kidding... Seriously all looks well.

Plenty of light... I keep my T5's about four inches away... Pain in the butt, but I keep an eye out, to avoid light burn. Too far away and my young plants stretch. If they touch a light tube they burn.
You new parents are way too cute!

Id keep 6/7 inches at minimum and let her stretch a little plus mj hates having her stem covered with soil so do not do this unless you absolutely have to as it looks fine as you have her.

There is as yet no deficiency and leaves bend and twist to adjust light and transpiration which can be quite a lot to start with but as the first true serrated leaves grow it will steady out.

Repost in a week im sure youll be fine :-)
