One on the right was on 16/8, 6500k 20W regular LED tube lights. Potted it into a 5 gallon yesterday and started feeding them too. Doing 10 varieties of flowers and a few other plants.

lucky.. i bought some little becka's wanted um for their size/colors cause i doubt the stores here have anything i am interested just your typical yellow and black sunflowers possibly the bigger varieties. im growing mine in the tent. really hope they get here soon i ordered um about 2 weeks ago. im growing mine just to have fresh flowers for my moms urn/vase thus why it is an indoor grow dont want um infested with bugs or ugly looking. got about a little over a week or 2 though to kill until my harvest then possibly drying in the tent so got time

I have 3 going as well but I just germinated them. I decided to put them outside, but am planning on putting a couple lavender plants in my tent to help throw off the smell even though I have a carbon filter.

i don't think we can grow lavendar in my area too hot. we tried a few times they always die. i actually went to maui last year i believe went to see a lavander farm and it was nice but it was on a mountain so cooler climate. i am actually surprised hot damn big my sunflowers are getting just the foliage these are dwarf variety but the foliage is pretty damn huge from what im used to seeing. the biggest issue i can't figure out though is why my leaves are turning yellow. i think it has something to do with the watering because i water just like my cannabis every 3 days and deep but the plants don't seem to drink as much. either that or they eat a lot and with 12/12 schedule possibly more then they would usually eat so they maybe starving on nitrogen a little bit. i feed once a week though usually 20-20-20 i highly doubt it's because it's lacking nitrogen. just waiting for them to gain some height now though because they are fairly stacked on nodes idk if they will ever gain height but yea first time try im very impressed.

You might wanna use different nutes for your sunflowers. Try going with miracle grow for them. Last time I saw sunflowers with miracle grow I was really impressed.

mine are fully indoors in my tent so i aint got to worry about that. i am looking at a few leaves and they look like they got leaf miners though but hard to tell could just be the natural leaves. never had issues so far just growing indoors. if i grow outside yea i get major pest issues our garden outside is infested with pests.

im waiting for my damn heads to pop out i think in a a week or 2 they should start to form though. so far they seem to just be focusing on growing more and more leaves and then the leaves get huge and then the stalks become fat. they started to gain some height at least. they seem to be going great though well most of them i think the ones slacking behid when germinated a few days later and doing the worst. idk how long since i been growing them but i think it's been a month now so maybe 2 more months until they are finished

nice mine didn't get that tall in my tent maybe it's variety because i harvested 1 as an experiment but the stems are fat as fuck but they are fairly short in size. heads look around the same size. could just be because it's a tent grow not outdoors thus it didn't stretch so much. had it on 12/12 as well

I ended up with 4 sunflower plants 2 varieties, two are 3' tall with multiple small flowers that are already opening up and the birds are picking clean, and two that are 5' tall really thick stalk and large flower still closed. I actually tried to water them with nutes and they started looking sick so I use only tap water and they are fine. I never harvested them before, can I cut them once they open and save the seeds after? Usually the birds eat them because I don't pay attention.
