What flowers grow well with cannabis?

i want to start growing some flowers with my cannabis in pots since it is an indoor grow but wondering which ones do well with the same environment as cannabis including the light cycles.

they will all be in the same tent/room which will be a 2x6x9 for grow room or a 4x4 tent in the future. temps usually kept around 70's- low 80's and RH around 60's

flowers can't be extremely tall either or bushy. i can grow them outside as well possibly but want to at least try indoors first. outdoor conditions are the same but i live in Hawaii so it rains more often which i can't control.

I have a lot of flowers and houseplants in my tent as well. Idk why people don't like to have everything in their tents!

how do you grow them? are they inside the same pot as the cannabis or in other pots? im particularly looking at flowers because my mom passed away a few days ago and she liked having fresh flowers in the house all the time. i figured i try and grow some for her and we can use it and put it in a vase near her urn at home. i was thinking of trying sun flowers but i seen some online and damn they are HUGE.. i think they would do well in my tent but not outside

Where are you located ? Here in nova scotia Canada I grow sunflowers -- Russian Mammoth that reach 10-12 ' high. Heads are about a foot across. Birds and racoons love em and they brighten the landscape !

Grew some cat nip in my veg tent from seed.
They like the same soil and feedings as cannabis when grown organic.
Makes a good companion plant having read that it repels some bugs.
9 out of 10 cats prefer organic catnip lol.

i live in Hawaii. on Oahu i guess island wise it varies because i believe Maui and the big island are cooler and more wet then here on Oahu. im basically trying to grow flowers to put in a vase for my mom pretty much instead of just buying flowers. i want to basically grow some for her. i was going to grow her some CBD strains to try but she passed away before i had the chance. my tent is coming in soon it is a 4x4 tent height is 6'7"

i was thinking merrigold but wanted other ideas to test out. i've never grown flowers outside of cannabis before so it's a learning curve for me as well

Marigold are good for veggie gardens because they help keep certain insect pests at bay. They have a fairly strong distinctive smell, grow like weeds and dont require a lot of fussy care. Yoy can get dwarf varieties of sunflowers that would probably work ok in your tent but Im an outdoors dirt guy so someone with real experience would be able to help with inside selection.
Best of luck !:clap::clap::clap:bongsmilie

i'll try marrigolds see how that fairs. eventually i will be an outdoor guy but wont be years until then just due to person issues pertaining how the garden is shared ( more so it isn't )

I was thinking that too, especially if people bring flowers indoors from outside, the hitch hiking mite or aphid thing.
But if those flowers are started inside from seed ? Marigolds are especially repellant to most bugs too. I dunno, might be a bad idea. Maybe. Who knows.

yea this is going to be full indoor grow for some time our outside garden needs a SHIT load of work to be done on it. at least 1-2 years worth before i am confident in bringing anything outside into our home

Probably a lot better than bringing outdoor plants inside and having them get cozy with the main crop.

Not a bad idea if it's what you want to do. Good luck with it.
