Has anyone gotten there card a little before the 14 days of delivery? Or most of the time after the 14 days? The lady over the phone said mine was processing and I could expect it on the 19th.

So I just got off the phone. I was told that my application is just now being reviewed THIS week.... keep in mind I applied November 19. I was told that it could take up to an additional 30 days for me to see my card. My 90 days will be Feb 17.....

So I had this show up in my provisional registration area...I was super excited, called Phoenix Botanical and they said a bunch of people had got this form with just six digits and no QP code...Phoenix Botanical said they were making contact with the state...An later my provision registration was empty again, like it didn’t even exist. Has this happened to anyone?View attachment 4278179
Happened to me too... it was there and the next day it was gone.

New to this forum but I'm really glad I found you all!! Applied by mail and it was received by state on 12/14. Have heard nothing and my check hasn't been cashed. I'll keep checking on it because that seems to be an indication that things may be moving along. I have a couple of questions though: when one of you says "the printer is down" what does that signify exactly? Is it the Sec. of State printing out the cards - not actually Dept of Health? I had started the process of applying online but ended up deleting it when I started reading how many problems people were having with that route as well. It wasn't even the money as I applied for a 1 year card to make sure this works for me. As a 30 yr. state of IL employee, I'm not surprised by the unprofessional way this is being handled by the state but I am upset about it because I know there are a lot of people in dire straits with unremitting pain, etc. that really need help. Especially since a lot of docs have taken the coward's way out and are no longer prescribing opiods to people who need them and are not drug addicts.

You applied by mail after 12/1. You can apply online and get provisional access and they won't cash your check when they get to it. I don't know what problems you are talking about, I haven't heard of any. I have only heard of people who applied online after 12/1 who should've been backdated that are having problems with that showing up.

Someone out of state prints the cards.

There's a lot of info on the printer issue earlier in this thread if you go back about 2 to 3 weeks. But basically, IL contracts an out-of-state printer to make the cards, and that printer has been unable to deliver for the last month or so. So or the last few weeks IL has started sending out letters to online applicants that allow access to your designated dispensary for 30 days.

I started the process by getting a log-in, etc. but when I clicked on the provisional access application link I got the same message another poster here received "no text available" or words to that affect.

You complete the application online. You pay. You should get provisional in 24hrs.
You said you started the process and cancelled. You don't get access to a dispensary without paying.

I think there was a day or so the online application was down but there is no specific provisional application. There is the online application that you get provisional access with.
