I totally agree with what luckyluke said. Also pictures would really help us, if you want anyone to be able to help you.

Stunting the growth could definitely slow flowering. Sativas also usually take a long time to begin flowering and to finish flowering.

Ya man sativa flower times can go past 12 weeks. If you do have a real sativa strain, you're probably not even halfway through, never mind 6 weeks left. If you are a 1st time grower it would better if you were to grow at least a hybrid or indica leaner over a full sativa but it's all preference. I personally would never grow a full sativa, just not my cup of tea.

I love sativas but haven't ran a pure sativa in years because I don't have the space or time for them right now.

I've been growing c99 or a cross I made with it for the last 6 years. It's heAvy on the sativa side but with more indica like flower times.

Ya if you like sativas then fuck ya all the power to you. C99 is definitely a good option to cut down on flower times, I was actually thinking that myself. I know a lot of people that loves sativas but they just can't fuck with the long flower times and the sometimes airy bud they produce.

Neither one of those strains is a sativa. The Crystal Candy is a hybrid and that Blueberry Twist is mostly indica. Where did you get the idea they were sativa's?

Then I guess you wouldn't be growing the Old Timers Haze I have crammed into my tent. They can go up to 24 weeks. I'm kind of regretting it now. I'm hoping they'll be finished by May.

Haha, no dude. I have grown sativa hybrids and loved them though- ak-47 and pineapple fields to name a few. I mean with all the great american seed companies and banks nowadays you can definitely find a dope sativa leaning pheno without the long flower times.

24 weeks is insane. You could have 3 harvests of some great bud indoors.

IF ??? So f cynical,like i said my first sativa/75% indica30/25%,the pack said 10 weeks f b twist n 7 weeks f the c candy hybrid,
The times on the packs are just estimates. Most usually take longer than what the breeders state.
