Get better lighting a better air pump and stones or set up a rdwc on a waterfall and ditch the air pumps all together. You shouldn't need that fish tank heater. An look in to a simpler nutrient regimen all that isn't needed.

Also you should have posted this in the hydro section rather than posted in two sections here plenty of us there too lots of ideas.

Thanks for all the advice that's interesting but in my city it is very cold. I was recommended to get one to keep the water at the right temperature to stop the chocking of the plant turning purple in the early stages. I can't get better lighting at this moment I have a set budget and this is what I could get sadly. Also I did not know there was a hydro section, that's so AWESOME! I want to meet and chat with people just like you that can give me tips and advice on my way to becoming a grow master. Those are just some simple tips to help you. Run your system an see what the water temps look like before throwing a heating mat under those you want that water to sit at 64-70 degrees. That little air pump is not going to give you enough DO(dissolved oxygen) lacking that your running the risk of developing root rot. And remember those air pumps will add heat to the system as well. The biggest bottle neck for quality bud is going to be light. It’s the one thing people underestimate most 600 watt purple leds are severely under powered like a 600 watt only pulling 160ish watts from the wall. Good leds, cmh or good ole hid light is your friend. Do all you can to learn actual plant bio to avoid falling into bro science myths.

My Apologies my friend for the late response I'm taking this information and adding it to this book I'm writing a book of all the people I meet either through life or on the internet on my road to becoming a Grow Master. I will take this information with me for the rest of my life, and even if we never meet in person. I want to thank you for taking the time out your day to speak to me. I'm a nobody form a no where place just trying to be the every best I can be, and I'm honored to meet people like yourself to help me on the way. It means allot to me because, I suffer from Chronic Depression plus I'm terrible in big crowds or being in front of anyone for that matter I fall prey to constant panic attacks from social anxiety. dwc is the wrost for beginners and leds are not going to do u any justice also seed man has horrible seeds

fox farm also is a high salt nute with pga so thats gunna be another issue for u in the future good luck
