The clarity of image 1 is blurred,so I cant be certain from that image however if a small white hair (pistil) is protruding then it is a Caylx and then is considered female.

Cant really determine it from the image, however if you have a other plants growing in the environment there comes a concern to having a male that can pollinate the rest of the grow.I would not recommend leaving it a few more weeks as the pollen sacks will develop and this will just compound the problem of pollination in the grow. Keep a persistent eye on the development of plants sex if you proceed to leaving it for a few more weeks.
