Are the mini hygrometers worth getting? Are they pretty accurate or should I go ahead and get a regular size?

I just use the dial hygrometers (spring loaded). They don't use batteries and are accurate enough for weed curing.

the spring units can usually be adjusted. if you put a small container of damp salt in a larger container with a tight lid, with your hygrometer, within an hour or so it should say 75% and stay there till you take it out. if it doesn't turn the little screw in back till it does.

I like Caliber 4 digital meters and use boveda packs to keep them accurate

What Shrubber said. I toss a half dozen of these in the salt and check accuracy. Remove the batteries when not in use.
