Help this don't look too healthy but this is what I have

Germinated till a tail came out. I then planted it and tail grew to top of soil so I flipped it and put it back down in soil root down. The seed then surfaced again cracked and was really black so I carefully removed it with tweezers.

think it's no good then huh?
It is too damn wet, make sure you have a fan in the area to keep the air moving. Your planting medium looks pretty shitty, but it germinated, so that’s a victory. Make sure to give it bright light, not too intense or hot, when it is young. I suggest that you make sure it has good air circulation so it can dry out significantly. Be patient, it is too soon to know if it is “no good” or “all good.” Patience and attentiveness, simultaneously, are the keys to this game.

Please practice writing using well-formed, cogent English sentences while you wait for your medium to dry out. It will be a benefit to you in every aspect of your life. Writing poorly makes one seem less intelligent than one is likely to be. Conversely, a person who writes well can seem smarter than they truly are. Taking the time to clearly write out your thoughts will help you understand those thoughts more precisely, and will communicate your intended message to the rest of us more effectively.

It looks like your soil has very little drainage which is not good for the plant also when your watering at this stage you really want to water with just very minimal amount of water like eye dropper (less is allways better ) the soil should be moist already from being a fresh good soil

If it was me and you want the way I grow in soil and I'm very successful I use Fox Farm Ocean Grown Forest bag but I find that that's oil can be a little too hot so I cut that with Coco that helps with drainage and also helps keep some of the water in when you wanted to be in at this point you're going to have a very slow grow the top Roots going to struggle and your plans going to be very delayed or may not even grow it all or grow and have root rot I would scrap the whole thing and start over

Well I didn't know I needed to use correct grammer to ask for a little help. If it makes you feel better to belittle someone regarding grammer then float your boat bud. Although you seem like one of those hypocritical fools who judge people by their shells. Please respond if your interested in helping not criticizing my grammer thank you

The seed was growing in a circle didn't grab to soil. I promise you I didn't drown it rofl.
Looks like it's in a swimming pool. A seedling should never be this wet even after watering. You can laugh all you want but pictures don't lie.

Guess I should of took a pic before I watered it. Regardless I woke up and soil was dry at least 3" down past the top of the soil cup had about 130 holes in the bottom with a tac. I was afraid it was too dry and died with no water so yes I may have gotten it a little damper then I should of.

Regardless of that, looks like you're on the right path with your current ones. Good luck and Happy Growing!
