Also here is a tip.
Its not always a good idea to start pulling leafs if you don't know whats wrong
1 it would have helped to see a pic of them on the plant.
2 if it were a case of a starving plant it would just start eating the next leaves
And there is still food in those
3 you need a certain amount of leaf on a plant and your plants are only 3 weeks old I cant imagine you had an abundance

Not a major deal, just food for thought.

those are awful big pots for those plants, and your medium looks very wet. i'd let it dry out a lot and then water less, closer around the bottom of the plant, till it starts to grow again, it needs more roots to absorb that much water

Mason,
Flush was probably a good idea. I see signs of Mg deficiency, N deficiency and possibly nutrient burn on some tips. Could have been toxic salt build-up locking out nutrients.

Whenever there are more then one deficiency, think lockout . That can occur from ph out of range or like I mentioned earlier...nutrient salts accumulating.

Yea was thinking better of flushing and seeing how they are in a couple days when dry rather than try fix something and make it worse.i might also look in to getting out of soil like you suggested. Only on my 4th time so still learning
