Why are there so many Trump supporters on RIU?

Well, I'm happy to oblige you! Come back when you can't stay so long.

The rest of you, please stop with calling people motherfuckers, cunts, and assholes. That does not help, and I just have to delete it. I left several of those posts here to make a point. Just because one guy does it, and you can be sure that I will delete it, does not mean that you have to quote it and reply in kind.

sorry, i need to keep the mfers and c's on ignore.

my bad...

In the 1950's, some American Nazis won their case in the Supreme court saying that their right to march, however repugnant, was protected under the 1A.

In Portland, a fascist who was harassing some black girls killed two people who stepped in between him and them. A few days later fascists showed up to demonstrate and march in the streets of Portland. There were 2000 counter-demonstrators to 600 fascists, most of whom looked like the belonged in a nursing home but some came ready for a fight until they saw our numbers. We shouted them down, they stayed behind police lines. Eventually they left, leaving whiny complaints with the press. In Charlottesville, the fascists conspired online to defeat police lines and mayhem ensued. There was a mass of smart phones to record what happened and a few of those fascists are going to do time. Charlottesville has since replaced it's chief of police because he pulled cops off the streets at a critical time. A few weeks later, 50,000 counter demonstrators showed up in Boston to oppose a fascist rally and the fascists didn't even show up.

We'll break them eventually. Agree that it was intellectually lazy for that court to rule the way it did. Still, we've had moments in history where the 1A protected our democracy including these days. I wouldn't want the current government to get its hands on the ability to rewrite it.

the white supremacists need to be left in a bloody, beaten and bruised pile. if they come back for more we should send them to see their maker. they are pieces of shit !!!!!

I'm not calling anyone's skill & expertise as a cultivator into question, but growing great pot is not rocket surgery. Sure it takes knowledge and experience but it all comes down to the quality of the genetics and creating and maintaining the perfect environment for the plant to be happy. I'm thinking this could be accomplished easily by the legal industry. How much more do those organic tomatoes cost compared to the hydroponic ones? How much more does the small craft beer offerings cost compared to the Analheiser Busch shit?

It could be accomplished by the legal industry long as the gov puts quality over rushing products on the market to rack up $$$. They also don't need to turn legalization into a war on the home grown farmers.

We were prepared to do just that last year in Portland.

The fuckers should have cancelled their protest when, just days before, one of their own murdered people simply because they got in between him and the two girls he was terrorizing in a light rail car where they couldn't get away.

It was better that we made them look weak and foolish while cowering behind police lines. But we were ready.

I don't know if you noticed but in Charlottesville, after some skirmishes, the fascists retreated to a parking garage because they were outnumbered on the streets. They beat a guy who was caught inside with them. The fascists hid out until police cleared the streets and they could run for safer ground. That's when one of them lost it and plowed into a crowd of people laughing and celebrating their humiliation.

We are ready for them if they try to do the same this summer. They can't win. They are trying to look formidable but their numbers are so very, very small that they have to hide behind cops and even then they get shouted down.

I live in an non-legal state, CT, next-door to a now legal state, MA., and I depend on growing/selling as a major part of my income.
I've prayed that pot could be legal ever since I took my 1st hit 50 years ago (I'm 62, but l can still fuck like I was 19, so all is good)
I was kinda worried about the effect of legalization in the beginning, but I count on straight forward American capitalism, like provide a better product at a better price.
Fuck retail outlets, I'll beat their prices and their quality/variety hands down everyday of the week.
I've reduced my price from $15 a gram to $10, oz's from $325 to $275, 1/4 lb's from $1000 to $900, and I still make decent change.
So I say make the whole country legal, I have no fear.
The American consumer will always look for the best deal, and in this neck of the woods, I'm it.

::)
I think there is always going to be a market and good prices for top shelf weed. I've tried the stuff in the dispensaries where they sell for $10-$15 a gram. It was good but not much better than what I grow at home and some say it's better. Not counting my labor, I grew about 7 pounds for about 50 bucks and most of that was spent on seed. I have no doubt that a high quality grower can blow my stuff away and is worth what you charge. Then again, I'm not likely to buy weed anymore. At my rate of consumption, 7 pounds will last 60 years.

Can verify there will always be a market for higher priced higher quality bud. Mids go for 10 a g, 30 an 8th, 175 a zip here. And you can find some quality buds for that here.

But I go out to CO and pick up rec top shelf oz deals usually about 100-125 a zip and bring them back and people are thrilled to pay 15/45/80/250 for it.

Sorta is like science, at least in Hydro.
You have to monitor your Ph/PPM/temps/humidity pretty rigorously, and knowing what's up with your lighting/ ventilation is extremely important.
Throwing a seed into some dirt, clicking your heals together and saying grow bitch works for some, but not me.

Here 2 years ago the prices you quote were common. Now most caregivers will sell at less than half those prices.
How can anyone sell at less than $10 a gram?
I can't see it.
I live in a wealthy area, where my prices are admittedly high in comparison to the rest of the country, but here they are competitive.
So far my prices work, I maintain my customer base, but if that falls off, then I'll think about lowering them further, but I really doubt it will happen.

Yeah I said similar a couple years ago. Prices held until this years harvest. We had a good growing season and the price wars started just like the rec states.

I saw $50/ounce being advertised on dispensary billboards all over Eugene last week.

Seeds included?
Then that's a deal :)
I didn't buy any. I have plenty of my own and various strains that were gifted to me. :eyesmoke:

What the review said was: It was a bit stemmier than upper shelf flower, but nothing too concerning. I would describe the vapor flavor as being a bit like beets. It wasn’t stellar but it wasn’t bad either. I puffed two full bags on the Volcano and felt relaxed after a very long, stressful day of work.

As I said, there will always be a market for the top shelf weed but a lot of competition for that status too.

As a lightweight who doesn't take much to get high I'd probably opt for the mid level because I go to sleep or see patterns when I smoke the top notch 28% THC stuff. As in: "I won't smoke weed with Willie no more."

I don't buy $50/bottle wine either. I grow my own of that too and my home made suits me and my friends just fine. Much, much better than the $10/bottle wine one can get at the grocery store. My cost per bottle is about 50 cents, not including the glass, which costs a buck if I don't recycle.

You grow outdoors I take it.
That must be a fucked up price for your yearly crop.
I grow indoors with an average cost of $425 per month for electrical and produce every 3 months around 5-6 lbs of herb growing 27 plants in my basement.
Point being, grow indoors, fuck that 7 month natural light bullshit, sell primo herb all year round and outsell your competitors with a better product
For the highest quality and quantity, you can't beat a dialed in hydro system
You should try it, my friend
