So it absolute sucks that this incredible plant with so much potential has been persecuted. It's a passionate subject for me that usually leaves me frustrated with our governent and the idiots that allow CNN to do their thinking for them.

Anyways, I figured a thread about possible ways to slip up.

The obvious is dont' tell anyone, and don't sell. But what else? Possible electricity spike may give you away. Infrared scanners. Smell. What are a few more.

Maybe you have actually been accused of growing. How did this come about? I'm always interested in learning from my and others mistake. I ride motorcycles so whenever I hear about a motorcycle wreck I try to find out how it happened, was he wearing Safety gear? Did it save him/her?

To some it may seem like it was persecuted but not in most of our grow rooms here. The law was the box we simply got another and called it budbox. Those that bitch aint doing it right or simply havent the perplexity to become a grower so simply dont deserve the freedom from the law i grant myself, did i mention this shit is life not just for christmas pussy....

That said there are two golden rules of weedfightclub...

Rule one - Don't tell anyone or your a muppet, seriously i'd rather my wife thought i was keeping a 13 year old girl hostage and pimping her out to lots of old men i term customers than her knowing im growing weed in the spare room.

Rule two - Now this use to be somthing else but iv'e since changed it. It now reads - Get ripped, pump iron, run, complete a book called prison workout and generally look like that guy that even if you grow weed aint nobody got time to fuck with you.

So like if no one knows and know one wants to fuck with you then your golden :-)

The biggest factor is telling people. I’m in a legal state and still stay quiet because it’s no ones damn business what I do lol. Plus like king said just keep yourself looking like so jacked no one wants to fuck with you lol. I carry big sections of trees and workout all the time to stay jacked to keep prying eyes away. Oh and my house runs on solar for the most part.

Don’t even let your wife or best friend know.

Invest in double scrubbing and have backup filters and fans

Have filters and fans on a backup for power failure

All of that is speaking from experience of things that I was up against. The one thing that can’t be corrected is if someone especially the wife knows about it. It can go really bad

Don’t expect a sealed room/building to hold the smell in of a really stinky strain. It won’t.

Use leds for less heat so you don’t have to run ac in the winter.

Have a really quiet ac and try to block and or disguise the noise.

Keep in mind that the condinsation of ac can and will smell like your grow

Keep a compost pile or bin to compost your scraps

Rabbits and other herbivores do a good job getting rid of vegitation also

The electric company sure don't care. I make them rich. A good rule is never involve the police in your domestic issues. One constant I see when I read about people getting busted for growing is keeping peace in your home. Many people get busted because the cops are called for an unrelated incident and they see/smell weed growing.
Everyone is saying don't tell anyone and that's good advice but I read about an 18 yr old kid who was growing in his parents basement. He only had 3 plants. They called the cops. They hit the kid with cultivation and possession near a school. Looking at a 5 yr sentence. Kids life is now ruined and his parents probably thought they trying to help teach him a lesson. What assholes....

That’s why you build your room like a vault. I’ve called the cops for issues around my house had the cops in my house they were none the wiser. But I custom built my rooms to be smell, leak, and noise free you can stand right next to them and would never know what’s in there unless you unsealed the doors. Even if you open the door the stupid amount of negative pressure in the rooms won’t let any smell past the door. It’s like those bug air barriers in the words of Gandalf “ none shall pass “ lmao.
