Advice for outdoor grow?

So I have a seedling I am growing in a pot for now. Dug a 3 foot hole in almost direct sun all day to transplant it to in a month or so. Got compost soil to put in the hole. Any tips or advice for growing a monster plant? LST, topping, trellis net, ect, what should I do? Im open to any ideas.Bag seed so Idk strain. Live in east TX. Temps are 90-100+ F . thanks for any advice .

As an outdoor grower.... I would suggest not waiting a month to transplant. You can put her out here in a couple of weeks and she will grow better faster.
Give her organic nutes and make sure you feed the soil.
Topping and tieing her down and doing that over and over will train her good.
Make sure you have some type of cage around her to support her during high winds and storms or you will lose branches.
but for future .... start them early...train them right off the bat. Give them a ton of soil ...and you will get monsters.
As you can see from my avatar I grow some big ones lol ;)

Bigger hole, bigger plant. And everything stated above ;). Although the organic versus salts is a personal preference IMO. I do use compost myself outdoors now, but back in the day I used anything I could get lol.
Now now...since they are starting with compost soil...using chemical ferts would be the wrong move. However it was any old soil they could use whatever.
All the salts would kill the bacteria in the compost ;)
