Without much info being given...pics appear to show a magnesium deficiency.
its a coca grow run to waste 70/30 mix perlite i feed 2 times a day with half strength nutes base only with decent run off and calmag once a week. week 3 veg under 275w led none ro water only tap ph normally 6 sometimes 5.9 sometimes 6.2

if you're watering twice a day and only giving cal-mag once a week, then i think there is your answer...magnesium! throw in some epsom salt or increase frequency of cal-mag. Marijuana loves her magnesium!:)
Coco will hang on to calcium and potassium a little more..so magnesium, with that much watering, can easily be leeched from your medium.

my last grow i use to give cal mag every watering but id get spotted leaves photo of a baby plant for example and since i can only use tap water i didn't think cal mag was so needed

Those spots appear to be a calcium deficiency. Maybe it's not the cal mag that's causing these issues, but possibly too much of another element that's locking it (calcium last grow, magnesium this grow) out to some degree. Some of the new growth is appearing to have very skinny blades, which would come from too much potassium or phosphorus...with a slim chance it's zinc related. Potassium and calcium are both antagonists to magnesium. Sometimes you only need cal or mag, and adding cal-mag can make a problem worse if the reason one is deficient is because of an excess of the other. I dont have experience watering/feeding that often as i dont grow in strictly coco, but however you do it, she's begging for magnesium. Once the leaves get like that, the deficiency has existed for a couple weeks. In no time, it will go from chlorosis to necrotic. I say add maybe 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salt (to a gallon of water) once in your daily waterings for a few days and see how it reacts.

the baby plant was only for example its only like 2 weeks from seed and i feed it too early but my last grow the spots only appeared after giving cal mag and i only started using it half way through the grow but way giving every feed onward that's why i think / though its too much cal. i will try give her eposns for a few weeks i dont see that being much of a drastic change

Its not too common to have too much calcium in the medium. Under proper conditions, that element will actually be the one that populates most (70% ideally) of your cec sites. Having too much calcium would show a host of problems with other elements as excess calcium will lock most every other cation out and the plant would look quite bad. The only thing showing is magnesium, which is quite common as the most popular deficiency one goes through with marijuana, is a lack of magnesium. Most fertilizers will not contain it, or enough of it, and few soil amendments come with enough for marijuana. You don't have to add it for weeks, maybe you will be able to scale back to adding it every 2nd or 3rd day, give it maybe 3-5 days and see how she reacts. The yellowing will turn back green, if it gets necrotic, that won't be fixed. Epsom salt is highly soluble in water, you will notice a change rather quickly!

too much iron in your water will cause mag and mang lockouts, does your tap water smell like iron? do you get red stains by the drain?

Iron won't cause an issue with magnesium..it will affect potassium and manganese, along with ammonium nitrates if the ph is too low, but then there would be a host of other issues as well. The element that would get hit first and most is phosphorus, if too much iron was present. Copper and zinc would also pay the price with too much iron, again, plant doesn't show issues with any of those elements.
