First Auto help please! 18\6 @160w or 12\12 @500w

I popped my first auto seeds yesterday, Pola Express by greenbud and a GorillaGlue from auto seeds.
My question is, what will they perform better under, veg cabinet 18\6 under 160w of LEDs, or 12\12 in the flower tent under 500w LEDs?
I don't have another option, so what will be the best for autos?

I'm guessing the 2\2 will be more intense light but for shorter period but the intensity should outweigh the lack of time? Or does it even matter?

I don't know the answer definitively..but I can tell you that the Mephisto grow guide recommends 24/0 - I have been doing it this way with outstanding results..so I don't question it.

Of your two scenarios I would go with 18/6

Appreciate the advice, thanks. I'll start them in the veg cab on 18\6 and try to add some more LEDs strips, another 50w or so.

More light the better for autos since no control over veg length. Also second 24 hours for light especially with led as they run cooler and way cheaper on light bills.
