Hi yall,

Hat a hot patch where room hasgotuo to 35c for a few days. in rockwool. Think this is a heat derived issue.

PH is 5.7

So this might be heat... Anyone else got any ideas? What steps shoukd I take?

It looks more like either nitrgen deficiency or heat stress. Did you have your light too close to the tops?

When leaves start showing issues from the bottom up, it's some sort of deficiency. When it's from the top down, it's either light or heat stress. Your new growth looks good, so just make the the upper leaves don't start showing the same thing. Bad leaves won't recover, so don't worry about them. You can trim them off.

BTW, she'll recover just fine. Don't think that you wrecked this plant. As long as there's a hint of green with one of these hardy plants, they can be recovered.

Lights are about 18 inches away and they are on low. The room temps were getting up to 35c, so that was an issue. I have gone a water flush and will need to start feeding again soon

I have also given the table more angle. I think there has been a bit of water sitting that doesn't help. Should have stuck with coco. Hoping I start to et the hang of this stuff

Looking better now. Think there were a few issues...
1 not enough tilt to drain
2 it was way too hot
3 maybe a lil pH flux

Looking better after flush and refeed a few days later. Now ramping it back up to an ec of 1.4. Is that too high?
