If you had the opportunity to have a warehouse grow what would be your dream build for this size space? How many flower rooms would you have? What size would they be? Looking for opinions anything goes...

At least 2 flower rooms, up to 4 if the power is there. A veg and drying room also. I had a 1200sqft unit and my flower rooms were 13.5' x 12' with 9.5' ceilings. The veg rm was 10' x 8' and the drying rm a little smaller again. Had room to spare but not enough power.

Use LEDs and double or triple stack the motherfucker if you have tall ceilings. Run water cooling, take the heat out or into a hot water tank.
It is not a very big space so I would at least cover as much of the floor as possible if not stacking vertically. Do you need to veg there too?
I like your thinking! Yes, this location will need a veg room as well.

That's kinda what I was thinking 2-4 flower rooms. 3 maybe ideal for this space. Power will not be an issue.

If you're asking on an online forum about a commercial grow, then you've already failed.

Anybody planning a commercial grow op should already have a lot of time invested in the game to where they don't need to ask basic questions like those presented in the OP.

So by asking peoples opinions I have already failed??? I have a good idea of where I need to be. I just wanted other opinions on what they would do... I don't need anyone to take me by the hand and explain anything. I have time in the game, not as much as others but I have put in my work. If you don't have an opinion on how you would build out this space then get the f outta here...

Of course you ask here. Jonny Lawrence doesn't know why, you know why. You were here in 2010.
Start with a simple 12 light DE project. A/C, Co2 burner. Something you and the wife could handle easily ( no hired trimmers you 2 only) 4 times a year. Oh yea go peat drain to waste 10 gallon pots, keep plant counts down and plants huge.
When you feel ready and technology is where you think it should be then up grade and divide rooms rooms how you see fit.

This thread has been a perfect example of why this is a true statement.

Save your money and do some real research with people who are actually in the business.

No.

You've just suggested he invest in obsolete equipment and batch production with no staff. Three whiffs, and you're outta there!

@Stinkbait

LED is here to stay; use it or your power bill will crush you.

Start finding good people now; they're the most important link in the chain and they are hard to find- after all, the good ones are busy.

Perpetual growing is your friend as it will smooth your production and make it much easier to handle.

Let demand dictate the speed of your buildout; if you can't keep up with it then by all means blow the whole space out.

Staff for a 12 light opp? Your not serious. Maybe LED is at the commercial breaking point, your right about that.
But don't go bringing people into the facility where they don't need to be. No staff. Hard work is all.
Where you getting 12 lights from? It's a 1500ft² warehouse...
