I'm for legalization.. all the growers out there who vote no so they can keep sellin there weed are a bunch of lil bytches who need to grow up! How fucken old are you? leave that shyt for the 14 yr old kids, what r u still in junior high? Step up your game and sell some cocaine or something.. as for the law passin I'm worried it won't cuz Trumps term ain't up" I think it's bad timing' and not enough people will vote, otherwise I think it would pass" if it was the big one for sure.. every home just sharen and growen the leaf is what we need fuck the lil kid greed

Imagine how many are gonna come out of the woodwork. I believe the price will go up expecially for crystals. Regular will continue to go down until desperate growers with below average smoke stop flooding the market at low prices so the next buyer thinks he has to pay that low price too. And the conisouer will always pay more for quality.

I'm all about medical, but I'm still on the fence for rec/legal.. medgrower was spot on about the courts and cops will be frying people on bullshit charges like driving impaired .. however I could see how taxed rec weed could help ours badly declining roads and bridges and help out are school systems.. but you and I all know that 99% of them taxes will line the pockets of the crooks who run are state.. so for now I'm undecided .. at this point, my thinking the cons are out weighing the pros.

The thing is. The only way to get the people busted for weed out of jail is full rec legality.

I am going to have to not be selfish on this one I think.

Just read an article from channel 4 news in regards to legalization. Looks like the Republicans want to pass legalization before the November ballets so voters don't come out and vote so they can keep the majority in the house.

Yeah here in Michigan we have the whole truth is sentencing bullshit.. once you're convicted you have to do every bit of that time.

Edit:: the prison systems,, not county lockup

I didn’t know that. I do know that mi honors any other states convictions and will sentence a person with no new court right into our prison system. Even if the charge is not illegal or is just a misdemeanor here.

I've never done that, but opened my door to an officer and a billow of smoke rolled out and I was asked if I was licensed for med use of marijana. As soon as I showed my card there were no more questions about it.
The state boys get really nosy around here.. they want to see license, card, amount on hand and in a locked box.. some even want to see the grow room to make sure everything is up to par.. a buddy of mine (r.i.p.) got hit with a coke charge when he opened his lockbox to show his meds.. the cop saw a faint powdery residue in the corner of the box.. swabbed it then a week later nailed him for cocaine possession..
