Inigo's journal V 2.0

What's up my good people of RIU :bigjoint: I created a new journal as I hope this run to be drastically different than my last that I had on here (coffee cans and such). So here's version 2.0 without the names of certain strains to tie me down. Can't have a pineapple chunk grow journal of Gorilla glue.
One Durban poison and one Gorilla Glue in the tent right now. 4 days in the tent and they got transferred to 3 gal. Smart pots yesterday. Gorilla glue is in FFOF and Durban poison is in eco scraps organic soil I picked up from lowes. Straight water no nutrients.

Cool, man. I'll be watching that durban. Btw, do you pH your water and what's your light?
600w SYGAV LED. Found it pretty cheap on Amazon, not sure what true wattage is on it but it seems to be working pretty well so far. I also have a T5 24W in there as a little supplemental lighting. I sadly don't PH yet, waiting till I have the money to get a good quality ph tester. I just use my filtered drinking water and so far have had zero problems that I can tell from it. But I'm no expert either so it's possible I'm suffering some kind of consequences from it.

20180410_055915.jpg Cool, man. I didn't see any problems. Just curious. If you do, a buddy in CO turned me on to these. He got tired of expensive pens fucking up. I get mine at the pet store. Wally probably has em, too. Super easy and cheap. I have pH up(botanicare, that's never used because my tap is at least 8 and pH down(green solutions) in bulk, now, so I only use the test bottle. You can buy it by itself, as well.

IMG_1500.JPG Was hoping the difference between FFOF and that eco scraps stuff wouldn't be that drastic but good lord it is. Here's Gorilla glue taking off like a shot the past few days while Durban poison has been having a little harder time of it. Gave the Durban a real diluted feeding of veg nutes today to see if that can kind of balance things out. At least the seasons kicked back off so I can work all week and distract myself instead of dicking around at home checking on my plants every couple hours to see if they've grown lol.
I'll get a pic of the Durban up here in a lil bit. This pic is from yesterday it's grown like another inch and another node since this pic. (The GG) I'll get some better ones up tonight.

IMG_1535.JPG I'm just shocked at how fast the Durban poison started outgrowing the Gorilla glue. I think maybr another couple weeks of veg and I'll flip. Hoping to fill my screen up nicely. This is my first attempt doing SCROG so we'll see. Not sure why it's refusing to make my picture not sideways though.

And tonight the lights go off early and the switch to flowering will begin. The ladies are doing awesome and I'm hoping that once the stretch is over I'll have a nice full canopy. Now it's time for the exciting part. Thank goodness I have work to stop me from going and looking at my plants fifteen times a day. Should be getting a couple more cuts soon so I'm hoping to fill this tent to the brim this go round. I hate seeing all that empty spaceIMG_1560.JPG

Damn I've been slacking on this journal lol. I'll have to post pictures once I get home from work but the ladies are in their second (maybe?) week of flowering. four clones in the dome no roots poking out yet but my luck taking clones is about par with finding the end of a rainbow. Transitioned to big bloom nutes watering every three-four days. Temp Is still floating around mid 70's and humidity is golden. Gorilla glue is a bushy bastard and Durban poison is poised to stretch out of the tent. I'll get pics up and we can play 'which ones the sativa?' Hope everyone's having a good one. :peace:

Durban poison stretching to the sky and gorilla glue is crazy bushy, got a successfully rooted clone of each, two gorilla glues in still waiting to see roots, definitely didn't train the Durban poison enough it did all of its stretching the past couple weeks looks like it's finally done, so I'm guesstimating like 6-7 more weeks on G.G and at least 8-9 for Durban. But soon they'll have some company in the tent and I can get a perpetual harvest going

Successfully rooted a clone of each strain! :bigjoint: Put the T5 in the grow box I'm building and one end came down on the gorilla glue clone I put into a bucket yesterday and it halfway decapitated it. Early topping I guess. Durban poison clone has been in soil about a week now and gorilla glue got moved in last night. So I'm hoping she recovers stronger and more vibrantly than ever, this Gorilla glue seems like it'll be a high yielder. I'll get pics of the flower tent tomorrow. Gonna make both of these moms and get that tent filled upIMG_1613.JPG
