Using coco/perlite mix and cocoa+b nutrients
Light source is 432W COB LED.
Attached a photo of ducksfoot growing in same conditions, sprouted 15 days earlier.

First off I would check ph of runoff, supply a source of trace elements, and check that ppm of the nutrient solution is appropriate. Looks like a trace deficiency but could be a lockout due to pH swing etc. The plants don't look like they have enough npk either. Not severe, they look like they will pull out of it with some care. People would probably like to see your cob light if you have a pic. Nic job! :leaf:

Hey guys, got two romulan plants growing along side my ducksfoot, although these were very slow starters (about 40 days old now). Recently got this browning occuring on one of the plants, anyone know what's causing this?
calcium def is my vote...and only because I just went through the same problem so I know what it looks like first hand...

I'm hoping thats all it is, removed pretty much all the dead leaves and have like 2 pairs left and the 2nd newest is starting to show signs aswell :L
Gave cal-mag last watering, probably gonna end up scrapping it and starting with a new seed as ones have recently arrived.

Because they went totally brown and dry :L
Meh. Not to be unhelpful but imo I would have just.fixed the issue and left them all to do their thing. Those are so tiny they need all the chlorophyll they can get to.help them grow. That'd be like a baby not being able to stand up so you amputate their legs. Just a bit drastic is all I mean. When the plant is done with an itll kick em off. Until them it's helping build new stuff by providing the plant the sugars it needs
