Can you change the angle of the head of the fan, tilt it up or down so the air blow over or under the plants so there's less "direct" air movement onto the plants? It'll still stir the air around but should be less of a gale on the plants.

Just a thought.

I’m gonna lst and scrog. This will be a first time, so I would like to gather some opinions. I’ve got the grow weed easy scrog page favorited and will probably follow most of its instructions to the t. Maybe someone out there that has worked with these strains before has a tried and true method. I think I’m going to top twice. Just to clarify, I have 3 strawberry cough and one pineapple haze from ilgm. I have 4 plants in a 6x6 room and in the room I have a 6x3 area that I plan to use to grow but if I can run these guys like a vine throughout the room I can use more of the space. I have two 600 watt hps but if I need to I can switch out my 400mh to hps and utilize 3 hoods and 1600 watts. But seems like I might be bending over backwards to just utilize 600 total watts
If you run a 3x6 scrog...2 600 watt footprints should cover perfectly. 20160817_224955.jpg Scrog On!

Most definitely.

Unfortunately it’s a tight fit in there and it’s too big of a fan. I’m gonna get a wal mount and bounce air off the wall. Would probably have settled for a smaller non oscillating one but I guess any fan retailers keep in House are seasonal so I guess I’ll be visiting amazon. In the meantime I hope thy don’t get all stressed out from gale force winds lol.

Righteous. What are the details on that sugar mama
HashPlant 10 week veg, 10 week flower. 4x8 scrog. 35 oz after dry and cure. Excellent medicine. Been in the stable for quite a few years, has been tested out a few times from 20% to 26%.. Friends call it midnight cuz you shouldn't smoke it during the day! Or they call it stupid weed. It will be in my tent again along with some Wedding Cake after I chop this Blackberry Dream in a couple weeks.

Yup... Maintain temps. This tent is in an upstairs room and water temp never exceeds 68f. Not many people notice it's a 5 gallon bucket inside a 10 gallon tote...good eye!
its a great idea! im having the same trouble.. upstairs in the bathroom and the temps get outta control in there if im not careful with ac. ive been using frozen water bottles to maintain temps, so just get a 10 gallon tote and put my 5 gal in there?

I'm pretty sure it's a 10 gallon... fill it half way with cold water. You will still need to use ice bottles but inside the tote and not your buckets. Very little surface area for evaporation and ice bottles fit perfectly. I rotate 5 bottles every 12 hours or so during the hottest days and keeps my temps well below 68F. The temp swing is gradual and the roots love colder water.

to clarify, you think you go through 5 bottles a day, or put 5 in at a time?

When the temp hits 68 I put five in at a time. Temp drops to about 60 in a couple of hours sometimes it hits 58f without issues. Then it takes about 10 to 12 hours to rise back up to 68. Sometimes it can be a pain in the arse but well worth it in the end.
