New Beginnings for Massachussetts and I

Yeah, the nf is finicky. I finally got it dialed in and healthy, but found it doesn't like a lot of light or low humidity. The tacoing/cupping in your pic looks like heat/light stress. I also found the nf to have a lot of internodal spacing, which hurt yields.

But on the bright side, it's a great smoke. Very fruity........
Your right on the taco leaf, heat rose to about 88 degrees one day, messed em all up, trying to dial my temps, think I have it under control now, very stretchy strain the ninja fruit, dialed back my light a little, they did do better under lower lighting, alien rift still not showing sex yet, yours seemed to be very full though @greg nr , wondering if I could ask what your feed schedule is for them? I think I topped too late I wasn’t expecting them to stretch like that after topping, I’m running Cree cxb 3590s, mixed 3500/3000k, 1400ma, 500-600umol at about 28” from canopy, dynagro foliage pro, protekt and magpro, feed-water-feed at 6.3ph 1.2ec, and recharge once a week, runoff is usually 5.8-5.9ph,runoff, runoff EC varies, when I fed at lower ec they were yellowing, can’t get runoff ph to budge it seems to stay 5.8-5.9ph, using promix/perlite 1:2 ratio, very light mix so I can water more often, 1 part chunky perlite, 1 part regular perlite, 1 part promix, seems to work well for drainage for my setup, running led I had a problem last grow with not drying out fast enough with a 1:1 perlite/ Fox farm ratio so I decided add more perlite this time and go with promix

I use a super soil and sips containers. I don't have a traditional feeding schedule. Probably every 10 days or so I would topwater with a compost tea. Outside of humidity and heat issues, I've got it pretty well dialed in and its mostly on autopilot.

My issue is winter temps in my basement dip into the 50's. So I have to dial back the fans to very low power, which is hard to regulate. Sometimes it gets too hot, or too humid. Still working on it.

She looks delicious @greg nr I have been waiting for the seeds to become available and when they do I can never get them because it seems like something always comes up.
I'm pretty sure I got an email recently saying ninja fruit was back in stock. The notices usually go out to the waiting list first and then they pop up on the site. Just keep checking.

If you have any issue with Jack's 321 message me ... I've been using it for a while and I can give you my thoughts on starting seeds and clones with it (at lower ppm with a few additions) if that will be helpful. I also some have some notes on 2 new grows from seed I'm doing.

And as far I as know, JR Peters sells the 5-12-26 and the 15-0-0 on their website cheaper than anyplace else I've found. 25lbs of each including shipping was a total of $110-$115 if memory serves.

Picked up a turbo klone mini this week. Having to adjust the pH about every 12 hours. Put a remote aquarium thermometer in the reservoir. Temperatures are running very well between 65 and 74 degrees. Using clonex and hydroguard but still looking for the best Roots excelerator.

Making about four times as many clones as requested. If anyone is interested in some bubble bomb or Atomic clones PM me. They should be ready in 2 to 4 weeks. Since I'm going away for a long vacation in a few months, I have to give or throw away all of them.

just letting anyone with qualms about growing Hawaiian bud here find their confidence. Growing dope Kaliua Pua from Pua Mana Ohana Seedbank in my tent right now and stoked to see what these babies can do when they are allowed to stretch how they want. Was worried about humidity and heat, but turns out everything is perfect. God bless and have a Green Day.

Just for jollies I flowered some pineapple express clones I had kept from 2 freebies. Other than some minor defoliation on the lower branches when I flipped to flower and trimming most of the fan leaves a few days ago, these are "au natural" and buddy as all get out.
Week 5 of flower 27-29" tall

I'm in the last week or two before my cbd harvest (pennywise and quirkle) and the poor little darlings are deep into senescence. I did try to pollinate a few of the nugs, so time will tell if I get any seeds at all or if I pollinated the whole tent. ;)

They look good, just yellow. That doesn't usually happen with my soil mix, but I ran the lights brighter than I normally do so they may have eaten more quickly.

Week 2 - Day 1, flowers already, took about 15 days last grow to see flowers at this stage, far reds 15mins after lights out may be working, purple tint on some, one ninja fruit pheno i dont think will turn purple, we'll see, on cruise control atm, probably going to do a light defoliation at the end of the week,
