No worries on shipping, guys. The Gorilla's discreet as all get out. Especially when he ships with stealth :)!

The worst that ever happens is the occasional & inevitable seizure of parcels from customs. Customs really drags things out too in terms of how long shipping takes.

I was just sent another reply from coinbase.com that reads as follows :

Hello, to describe:
We fix the exchange rate by the 15 min limit, to prevent being affected by the extreme volatility of the currency. If you use a service or wallet that does not broadcast the payment fast enough, it can not be accepted..
We process the refund automatically, therefore the fee added is automatically counted due to the network requirements. These days, it is simply not optimal to pay small payments in BTC, we are already working on LTC implementation.

With this new information of where the problem started. In defense of Gorilla Seed Bank , I appears to me that this problem traces back to coinbase.com as the issue source and affected the payment , not negligence on the end of Gorilla. I think it is only fair to state that. Do I think that Gorilla should have stepped up and handled this better ? Absolutely!!!!. As a customer it would be nice to have the assurance that if shady things like this happen when you place an order with them and will be on your side and go to bat for you rather the faulty payment method. So perhaps it was not the fault of Gorilla of why the transaction failed and caused this domino effect of problems for me , but they sure the hell had no interest in helping me understand what went wrong , in fact once I started questioning why.. My support tickets simply stopped being replied too. I would think since it was their website and I was purchasing from them when this occurred that they could have been a little more helpful and understanding and just handled it in many ways better than they did. I understand this perhaps this does not happen often and is fairly rare, but the point is ..it did somehow happen and I feel as if Gorilla just let me fend for myself with very little information ,and zero resolution. I really would have thought very differently about this seed bank had they used this rare opportunity to maybe shape the mold in a positive manner on how to deal with this again should the problem arise in the future to other customers. This could have been a perfect opportunity for them to put that 100% customer satisfaction guarantee into play and exercise it a bit to help me figure out what the hell went wrong, but sadly that was not the case.

Reading all of these dramas about sending cash/money-orders & bitcoins, it has confirmed why I only go with seed banks that accept Visa!

I was thinking with technology where its at today why doesn't gorilla take credit cards debt cards PayPal one reason i never was a repeat customer. That and it took over a month to receive my beans and Only 2 of the seeds germinated out of the pack.

Credit Card companies frown on this business practice so they make it virtually impossible for the seed banks to process orders (US) with CC, debit cards or PayPal.

Me neither. And I just paid Greenpoint (Colorado) with Visa. I’d really like to order from Gorilla because they seem good however Bitcoin isn’t for me and sending cash doesn’t appeal either.

I,am a Happy old dog, The Gorilla came thru within 10 days ,have my beans with lots of great free one,s,i will order agin and i use cash,what i like about the Gorilla,everything ,never no prob,and Big G thank you agin.

Gorilla reached out to me and had me send an email briefly explaining my nightmare of trying to make my payment via Bitcoin..Order # and all that, I sent off the email , Thinking they are going have a deeper look into how this all went very wrong, Guess we will see where it goes from there.

Update Folks : after Gorilla reached out to me about the dirty deal Coinbase issued me while making a payment to them. They went above and beyond to correct the problem :-D .. I sent the email explaining like I was directed and before long was contacted by Gorilla informing me that they were sorry about the issue I had sending payment and were in no way happy to hear about that and may be not suggesting Coinbase any further to anyone as a payment option but instead go through more straight forward reasonable exchanges. They did not have to do this but they did , ( A very kind goodwill gesture ) that displayed the professional support one would expect from a reputable company like Gorilla. With this new news I have changed my opinion about their customer satisfaction and hopefully will be doing more business with Gorilla again , just with a different method of making payment. Sincerely Thanks again Gavin , Sherry , Gorilla , Etc .. :clap:.

Took 6 days to ship from the UK to the Midwest US.
Have 2 of the 5 Blueberry Twist from Advanced Female Seeds going. Thanks again @GorillaSeedBank for sending them out

Nice @Rolla J That blueberry twist looks like a good one. Lol as far as my order.....:wall: I have no clue. All good tho, I'm a patient person, and they are FREE. I just feel like a bug-a-boo by hitting up GorillaSB once sometimes twice a week.

Thanks! So far so good. Not use to starting my sprouts in such a hot mix at first. But seems to be doing a ok.

Well I bit the bullet and emailed gorillaseedbank thru their site. HOPEFULLY i'll hear something back soon. lol I guess this is to be expected when shit is free.

Cob_nUt not sure where you are located brother , but I have had orders take almost 4 + weeks to arrive here in the States from U.K. .. I noticed that Customs( pricks they are ) is usually big hold up , depending on how they feel @ the border that day I guess , but I have seen packages held up over a week alone just @ customs .. Wishing you the best on them arriving soon. Had an order come in from B.C just a week ago only took 10 days .. I guess it's a coin toss..but keep your chin up bro ..sometimes no news is good news ;-)

All good WildWood. Thing is. There really isn't a transaction/order lol... I've just been messaging GBS thru here. Gave the rep my info, and haven't heard back since last year....lol j/k. Could be a customs issue, it was 12-12-17 when GBS got my info. Was just looking for some type of info, tracking, "order shipped just wait message" lol something! I'm in Texas btw.

I used Gorilla and just used a money order. Took about 10ish days, it was a few months ago so can't remember exactly.
