This is why newer growers should worry about getting just 1 plant thru a complete grow. Your Auto's won't make the finish line... Sorry. :-(

I'm not a new grower just been out of action for a while and not dialled in to start with as you state, I've learned again next one will be better. What makes you say these won't make it? I beg to differ, they have improved, and still got some weeks of explosive growth to be had. I was hoping for 2-3oz a plant dry now I'm hoping half to 1oz, ya saying this not possible? 1200w, all looking better than before and clearly growing?

Hi people. Here's some updated pics. These are the smallest plants I've ever grown in my life lol, I've had ones way bigger in soil/coco before however due to environment/lacking of nutes etc things paused at week 2 until now week 4

Currently 30 days old from being planted in coco.

I have actually started to see sex signs on some of them!

I have no idea what the outcome of these will be but it's too late to give up now may aswell try as can't grow January due to personal things so this my last shot until February! I do hope I get at least 10oz lol I lowered the 2x 600w hps last night and they seem to be ok! I am now at a point of feeding with canna a and b every day or two at most! Temps still can get a little high but I've managed to contain it at 34 for the last couple of days! If I don't get too much yeild I'm not too bothered just wouldn't mind having a good smoke of auto glueberry at xmas etc. How much taller/ bigger do you guys think these could get? Should I chop and kill the smallest one?
Keep going and I wouldn't kill any my smallest has almost caught up to the rest now

Thanks! A bit of positivity. I am truly gutted there not as big as they might have been but when there picking up now I'm defo going to just try and complete it. I won't kill the major runt based on your comment also! :-) 2x of the auto blackberrys have some hairs and 1x northern auto does too, the rest are yet to show but looks like they might soon. These are defo going to be smallest plants I've done but let's just see what happens. The smallest is about 4.5" and tallest going on 9"

Little update people! basically all of the Auto-Blackberrys are showing some white hairs. The gorilla Glues aint showing any yet!
These are obviously very small. Can the main bud that will start to grow get pretty big still? I understand they aint gonna be much but still hopefull for a half decent smoke! :-) These are 33 days from seed! Mini plants lol!

30 days from seed in my brain or 37 days if you wanna be precise I don't count the first week and my babies paused for 2 weeks. I hope they get big buds lol otherwise I'm wasting 1200w 24/7 of power.

Only the blackberrys are showing white hairs still! Appears blackberry starting showing quicker than glue etc. Some of them don't appear to be getting that much taller with glues they are bushing out. How many weeks growing ya think these babies will do folks? Guess dry yield lol?

What kind of lighting do you have? They need a lot more light from the looks of them, they are too tall and spindly. That is also not very much growth for 30 days, and lack of light can cause that also.

They froze for 2-3 weeks they are growing fast now. They have enough light now also 1200w hps! They small however are now healthy they didn't grow at all for 2-3 weeks about a week or two ago check the thread

You should have them under metal halide until you are ready to flower them, hps isn't good for vegging. The plants will get tall and spindly with the hps. If you have a decent ballast all you need to do is swap the bulb.

I use a 600hps 24/0 running autos all year long. It may not be optimal but I do pretty well. All in 1 gallons. FFOF. Just sayin.

These are started under cfls until they are roughly 2-3” tall then they go under the 600.

I start in red cups and transplant to the 1gallon grow bags.

Not trying to be a jerk but you're wrong.

I've personally witnessed or have first hand experience with many types of lighting.

Tall and spindly also known as plants that are stretching for light happens under low intensity.

I bet if the guy started from the beginning with hps he'd be much further along

To the poster, I have made many mistakes over the years growing so it happens man. I'm glad you worked through the setback and are seeing good growth.

I've experienced delays in growth from lack of light intensity while young and starting off in too big of a container. If i start off with a small container and a light soil mix the roots can fill & establish faster and in turn growth will be faster

Thanks for input people. I have them in coco with some stones at bottom of pot. I started off using 300w blue cfl and all seemed fine for first week then it all froze. I agree with using smaller pot next time first etc. I just hope I get more than a couple of gram from each plant now in the end. I've had temp issues etc in beginning too large of pots etc too saturated before starting etc. Next one will be better but can't do until Jan/Feb so I'm hoping I can get something half decent from these. Nice buds above man that's what I dreamed off 16x of those lol. Never mind this time

And I could say the same. I have personal experience with both over a lot of years. The red spectrum of hps causes them to stretch more than the more blue spectrum of metal halide...

Ok you are all right in your own ways!
I think I should have started them under like a 300-300w mh or maybe hps but instead used a 300w cfl then a 600w hps I think cold temps and too high + nutrient/watering issues all stunted mine. Anyways there growing good now, now can one of you try and estimate how much yield I could potentially get off such small plants at this stage? A little figure? As if it's too little what's the point in me having 1200w running above these babies it's got to be worth it.
