If height is an issue then the screen is set to a particular height based from the light down then adding maybe and extra 8"-12" for buds growth. If height is no issue and you can adjust the light higher then the screen is set at what every you feel is best. I like a screen with larger squares so I can pull branches back down if the grow to long. I think the key point may be you go 12/12 when plant canopy is even at the screen is all filled in nice. At lease this how I did it.

Would you recommend lifting the net or would it be quicker for me to leave it now and just keep pulling back under, because now the further I raise it the longer veg they will need, is that right or wrong? And as for my watering system what do you think ? Will it work or not ?

And are you saying that I switch to flower when the plants have covered the whole net because iv head of switching at about 70% full in case of any stretch

Looks fine....Just keep tucking then flip when screen 3/4 full.. No big deal.. Don't overthink it..
Yes, there are many different ways to set up your scrog, training wise. Just a way to keep your canopy flat and even with multiple tops. That's what your aiming for. Just a technique to increase yeilds really. I do flip 3/4 filled. I account for the stretch in early flower.

Only way I've yet to do is grow a 4'-5' branching beast, then snap every limb down under a screen to 1' tall 4' wide lol. Looks so brutal..

So I will get better yeild in a 1metr sqr tent on that net than just growing normal? Guaranteed?? Aslong as it's done right

I would rather have a bit more room between the pots and wire for two reasons air circulation and room to trim and tie, but all in all I would agree on the 70% idea. Not sure about the water system I just do it by hand myself. Ultimately I think if your light can only go so high and you have powerful lights then you may have to keep the screen low.

My net can go higher, I just want to fill it quicker I figured the lower I have it the less time it would take to fill, cos it won't have to grow to reach the net first
