So Clinton didn't receive any "big money donations" before the general election race began?
Right. She didn't have a bigger campaign war chest than anyone else in the race, either.

The question shouldn't be why she lost to the least popular presidential candidate in modern history; the real question is 'why was it ever even close in the first place?!'

She raised the most and spent the most and still lost to the most unliked candidate in a century and these political experts on RIU still believe courting big money donors at the expense of the working class is a winning strategy :dunce:

McCaskill is already out, she might as well kiss her senate seat goodbye. Crowley and Manchin are next

Lately, Ive noticed every time you debate fog dog, and feel you've been beaten, you accuse him of intellectual dishonesty. I also can't help to notice you've altered my quote in your signature. Would you consider that intellectual dishonesty, or just plain dishonesty?

Fog Smog has his lefts and rights mixed up and Stinkydigit can't stop lying.

Some pair...
OK

The left isn't about better wages from capitalists. Not even.close. I'll just say again that you and pad are economic liberals and social conservative. If you can't bother to understand what those terms mean then by all means call yourself whatever meaningless term you like. I'll be glad to continue to mock you for posing.

OK, so can pick whichever suits you. Centrist or liberal on economic issues and right on social ones. Definitely not left.
Definitely not as extreme as you on the left, that's for sure. I'm not interested in stifling free speech or free thought like you are, but I support pretty reasonable positions like equal rights. I supported a candidate for president last year who actually marched with civil rights activists while you supported one who helped campaign against them. Same guy who voted against bombing brown people in the Middle East while your horse voted in favor.

I voted for Sanders in 2016 primary. My mind is still open regarding Sanders in 2020. I'd like to see him do a better job of showing himself as a leader who unifies.

How do you suggest he does that? Be specific
I know what it looks like. He needs to attract more support from African American and Hispanic communities. How he does it is by convincing those delegations that he's more than just about white people's economic issues.

I don't think Bernie has it in him, however. Because he's never shown himself to be aware there is a difference between social and economic justice. You posted a video confirming you don't understand either.

How does he attract more support from African American and Hispanic communities? What does he say to them that he hasn't said yet that would attract them? Be specific. What policies/positions did Clinton support/believe that attracted those communities?

He's literally desperately trying to mine you for ideas because his Justice Democrats are so fucking hopeless they can't figure it out themselves.

If your point is that Bernie isn't a unifier, I agree.

You aren't either. Nor am I. This is probably why all three of us won't win the 2020 nomination.

Say what you will about Clinton, she is a unifier. The Republican party came together to vote against her.

Too bad I'm not up to it. I completely empathize with Sanders because I'm just as ham handed in dealing with multicultural society as Sanders is. But really, Pad should be asking Sanders' team (when there is one) that question.

If you read what's on the Justice Democrats website, they don't represent Pad's ideology any more than Sanders represents Pad's ideology. Pad and tty are giving us a poor representation of what JD are all about.

From what I've read they're just a super PAC that will only support "progressive candidates"...hardly ground-breaking shit right there.
