Sanders disapproves of the current campaign finance system, so it's unlikely that he would suspend that conviction to try to raise money from big donors for the party. He doesn't believe in or support that, I don't see how someone could see that and conclude standing by those convictions is wrong. Maybe you could enlighten us.

I agree with most of your post, but look at how establishment Democrats treat us when we levy similar criticisms about Obama; we're racist. I can virtually guarantee if Clinton had won the election and progressives criticized her for the same things, it would be sexist. Those are the criticisms now, even though she lost the election, the legitimacy of the criticism is irrelevant.
This is a poll of who polls most popular within one's own state. Sanders is consistently at the top while the establishment Democrats you support barely screech past 50% (some don't). More evidence which strategy is successful moving forward
