I was told it's a 'weekend glitch' in the software that allowed the mastercard payment to go through, I was told it was refunded. I tried to pm, no idea how. The order number was 191226

It would be cool if you gave the option to do at least 2 re-ships. I've gotten all my beans from my current seed bank. They even gave me a sponsor which is cool. But I may give you guys a try. Depending on weather or not you guys accept CC payments

Most shipments get through the first time, and certain customs offices are way harder than others.
I live on the American East Coast & have never lost anything, no matter what was in the package.

I did get something opened once that was shipped priority mail to me from Michigan by a friend who decided to add in a few extra things I didn't know about as a thank you. I had to pretend like I had no idea what was in the package when they called. Luckily, it was below the threshhold where they would pursue the issue, but that was a little scary.

We are taking CC's right now - Visa only.

I'm not sure - a lot of stuff was out of stock & I haven't taken a look at them for a while.

I'm working on Big Buddha's new line for 2017 right now - I'll take a peak at them when I get a chance.
Was there anything specific you were looking for? If there is, I can find out what's going on.

More chernobyl seeds, the ones you sent were super fire and looking for another pack or two for stock, thanks a ton <3

I wanted to add my two cents as a first time customer with Gorilla Seed Bank. I placed an order over the weekend after much debate for a little under $200.00 and used the Bitcoin promo to get a 5 pack of seeds. It seems Bitcoin was having a delay processing Friday night, however, the payment was sent and confirmation received that evening. Payment was sent by cutting and pasting address and amount from the payment pop-up window to avoid mistakes.
Fast forward to Monday morning (not open on weekends) and now the Bitcoin transaction has disappeared on Gorillas end. I have supplied them with a copy of the email confirmation and they are telling me to contact CoinBase as they can't find it.

So, After a long worrisome weekend and getting up at 3 AM to answer emails this morning.....I am back trying to prove a Bitcoin transaction other than the receipt of said transaction...??... Still going back and fourth and back and fourth, and I am guessing by now that I am just out the $200.00 + transaction fees and profit after the weekend bounce on the price of Bitcoin. My gut told me not to do it, and I did it anyways, so a hard lesson learned.

So I would definitely not recommend Gorilla Seed Bank and if you do it, pay with Visa (They won't take Mastercard) so you can charge the transaction back if they fail to deliver. With cash or Bitcoin the money just disappears into the deep black hole I guess. I will of course update this post if I ever get this resolved, but honestly, I have given up.

With that said, can any longtime online buyers point me to a reliable and trustworthy seed bank that ships to the US? I read tons of "reviews" on sites but have come to the conclusion most of the good reviews are paid posts. This site helped get me through my first medical grow and so I decided to join and become a little more active. THANK YOU!

We have many customers every day that pay with cash & bitcoin. They don't go into a deep black hole.
However, problems can happen. They can happen with a credit card too.

We also do not pay for reviews. If you look at this site alone, you'll see plenty of people with problems that we have taken care of.

If you want to PM me your order number & any other information you have, I can take a second look at what's going on. Sometimes, I see something the office staff didn't - sometimes I don't.

And, as a goodwill gesture, if you can get your coins back from Coinbase (they really should be able to help you if that's who you use on your side of things.), I'll make sure we honor the value of the coins at the time you placed your order so that you're not out anything because of a glitch in the system - either ours, our payment processor, or Coinbase.

I'm pretty sure I'll be placing an order for some 9 pound hammer by tga genetics I see u guys has in stock. Placed an order few weeks ago with herbies but my cash has seemed to disappear ain't moved in 9 days looks like I lost a couple hundred bucks

If you send cash, please use registered international mail.
It will cost about $17 (last time I check), but it increases the chances of us getting it to almost 100%.

Only a few very trusted people are allowed to open the incoming payment envelopes, so if it gets to us, it won't get lost.
But, I get the impression that the UK postal system might be a little glitchy at the local level.

While the refund might lend a little credibility to Gorilla Seed Bank, I ended up wasting 5 days of my time, lost out on the huge bounce over the weekend, less bitcoin then when I started with nothing to show for it, and the most important part is that I still have no seeds in route. And now I get to start the entire process over? No Thank You!

Obviously, I cancelled my order and will be checking out new banks today.

In response to ALT9000's PM, I have offered to accept whatever amount of bitcoin he was refunded into one of our wallets with a manual transfer, then I can open up his order & mark it paid even though we won't be receiving the full amount of the payment.

That's because I'm accepting fault for the problem even if it didn't happen on our end. It could have been our fault, or it could have been a problem at our payment processor or with the wallet or site that ALT9000 was using. Either way, I'm happy to make him whole since I don't think he personally made the mistake.

I am very sorry about the time this took & the aggravation it caused. To make up for it, I've also offered to add some additional free seeds to his order.

I would have left this in the PM system, but if someone posts here, then I'm obligated to respond with some kind of answer. This time, it was with my offer to resolve the problem as much to his benefit as possible.

Hopefully, we can work this out, but if we can't, I wish him all the best with his purchase where ever he lands.

So this is mostly my fault during the transaction. But anyway. I order 150 bucks worth. They can't find my order. But my money was taken. So I emailed sherry. Explained the situation. She had me reorder everything not pay for it. Give her an order number. She went in and marked it paid. They shipped my items out. About 6 days later. My.money returned to my card. And today I received my package. So I got my entire order for free. And not only that. She gave me a free pack of 5 fem purple envy. I have order from alot of places. But no one has been like gorilla. Hands down to me the best seed bank. And I won't order anywhere else now. Unless stocking issues or something. But gorilla is extremely stand up business. Thanks again sherry.

Have to second that! Customer service, Sherry, is second to none! I also am sticking to gorilla seeds because of how they treat the customers, not to mention the wealth of seeds in stock! :)

Yeah sherry is awesome. I also found out she just lives in the state next to me.
