My plant is flowering/budding but has no roots?

I need help and don't know what to make of this but my plant is in flowering stage 2nd week and has not grown any roots but all in all healthy solid green plant thats actually starting to bud. Any info on this could be greatly appreciated.

im not really sure what your asking (help me help you). a plant or cutting rooted or not when put in a 12/12 light cycle will start to flower unless its an auto flowering strain.

Well what I'm really asking is this okay or normal? I don't see it affecting the plant in anyway but I've never heard or seen this before.
